Used them several times before and had no issues. Since the takeover I have nothing but problems with them. Never answer the phone and transcripts are delayed, that’s if you get them.
did freelance job , typed a document fo rthem 49 pages , they said the pay was 2000 . went to get paid and thye want 50 bucks for a "freelance card" to prove my identity .... seems like a scam .

Le site internet est assez bien fait bien que je n'avais pas vu et pensé à certaines options tel que l'horodatage mais j'ai très bien été aidé par l'assistance.(merci encore)
Mot de passe compliqué à définir.

Retranscriptions impeccables et sérieuses
J'avais 3 heures d'entretiens à retranscrire et je n'avais pas ni le temps ni la volonté de m'occuper moi-même de ce travail fastidieux. J'ai choisi la retranscription simple et non détaillée (cette dernière comporte les "euh", les silences, les bégaiements, etc.).
Les documents rendus étaient impeccables, très bien retranscrits. Il y avait quelques rares passages inaudibles, dont le temps était noté, ce qui m'a permis d'aller réécouter moi-même. Par chance, je me souvenais de ce que la personne interviewée avait voulu dire et j'ai pu combler les quelques mots inaudibles (environ 5 sur 3 heures de retranscription je dirais). Par ailleurs, il y a moi-même des termes que je n'avais pas compris (des noms de séries par exemple) et le transcripteur/la transcriptrice les connaissait !
Travail soigné, très sérieux et rapide (quand j'ai commandé, on m'avait indiqué que les retranscriptions me seraient envoyées le vendredi à 19h au plus tard, je les ai eues à 10h !).
Je recommanderai sans hésitation : cela permet de gagner du temps, qui est mieux consacré pour les recherches et la rédaction.

Rapidité et réactivité pour une traduction
Bonjour, je confirme que Ubiqus IO est une entreprise très réactive et efficace. Elle a trouvé des solutions rapides pour faciliter le transfert de mon fichier en ligne puis mettre rapidement en ligne la traduction que j'ai souhaitée. Je les remercie.
