Bought for my 14 year old son
Bought for my 14 year old son. He had the best morning driving the cars. The instructors were great with him! Hes not stopped talking about it and has asked to do it again for his birthday in August!! My husband also ended up booking on while we were there to drive the Ferrari & loved it! Really well organised. Well worth the money! Thank you!!!

Good and bad
Booked two cars, e type and Aston martin vantage with timings between 11 and 12:30. Arrived in plenty of time and found out that the e type was not working that day, these things happen. Was offered a different car and an extra 3 laps. Disappointing as always wanted to drive an e type and replacement cars very limited. Drove the Vantage first, it was in a sorry internal state and the brakes were exceptionally poor and the car was basically driven by the co driver. Finished the drive and waited for the next car. Despite booking between 11 and 12:30 everything stopped for lunch at 12 and had to come back for 13:00 having had to cancel my afternoons arrangements. Eventually got to drive the Mustang which was an excellent experience. Eventually left the track at 2:45 after doing a speed lap.

Thank you for leaving your feedback and a 3 star review. I am glad to hear of the good parts to your experience day as well as hearing about the not so good bits that we can work on. The E-Type Jaguar did unfortunately suffer a major mechanical failure and was not safe to continue the event day.
Yes, the circuit does have to stop at midday for the circuit marshalls to have lunch and check the venue. This is mandatory at every UK Racing Circuit. When booking, we do mention in the terms and conditions to expect 2-3 hours being with us. The timing you selected would have been 11:00-13:00.

An absolute MUST for any petrol head
From the moment I arrived at the race circuit to the moment I left the atmosphere was electric, the staff energetic, engaged with the paying drivers and the whole experience left me wanting to 'Do it again'
There's an amazing fleet of super cars to try out, each car coming with its own professional driver. Their job is to keep you out of trouble. Saying that the driver with me had no qualms about me flooring the gas as we entered the main straight at Brands Hatch. 160mph in a Ferrari. What a blast!
A few tips.
Yes, do pay for a siting lap. It does help.
Yes, do be prepared to 'want more laps' They are available during the drive but do add up to more outlay. But you will want to!
So have some extra funds tucked away.
And finally, at the end of your day you will be offered a High Speed lap in a fast car.
If you are a speed freak ( like me ) don't miss the opportunity.

A poor experience
I chose the Nissan GTR as one of my cars, on arrival I was told it was broken and had to choose a different car, the alternative choices were not of the same spec or standard. My second car was the Porsche 911 GT3RS, this was in poor condition and lacked power, a very disappointing experience. There was also no food or drink available to buy near the waiting area for your car rides, the only place to buy food or drink was located inside the go karting hut which was not near the waiting area and was poorly sign posted. Overall a really disappointing experience and would not go back again.

Thank you for leaving feedback in regards to a recent event day with ourselves and I am extremely sorry to hear that your day did not go as planned. The Nissan GTR did unfortunately suffer a major mechanical failure - these things happen and can be beyond the control of our on site events team. Our mechanics on the event will do everything they can to ensure the vehicle is back up and running but sometimes, they can be beaten. I am shocked to hear regarding the Porsche experience as we have had amazing feedback from this event in regards to the Porsche and this car is always fully booked with a near 3 month waiting period to drive it.
The cafe area is located near the car park and not the main event, however is clearly sign posted when arriving into the car park and when walking towards the event area.

10/10 driving perfection
I had the pleasure of attending a driving experience at the York car chase heroes track and it was nothing short of excellence!
All of the staff were so polite and genuinely happy to see you, and the co drivers of the cars were fantastic! Offering great coaching of the track and truly making you feel welcomed and confident behind the wheel.
The booking process was very simple and smooth, and my wait time was non existent due to how they stagger the cars for your drive
10/10 all the way is fully recommend it to anybody!

birthday gift for my son
It was birthday gift for my son, he enjoyed driving 2 cars. Only problem come up that online system allowed to book for him Dodge Hellcat, which is only for adults. But been offered other car instead of the Dodge, so problem sorted out. Booking process was easy and staff helpful.

The instructors were great
The instructors were great, good to talk to and informative. The booking in process was so smooth and I didn't need any of the paperwork i had been asked to take. We were at the York track ,my husband was doing the truck experience. The information given prior to the day was sadly all about the cars which gave us no idea on what to expect other than the possible waiting times , which was a shame. My husband was relieved when we arrived and it became more clear . There was no sign to know where to stand to wait for the truck experience. We had it pointed out to us but otheres weren't so lucky. There was professional lorry training going on towards the end of the track area other couples found it very miss leading, and waited an extra hour which delayed their turn due to being in the wrong area.

Great cars but a bit disorganised and a lot of money for a really short drive
Great cars but a bit disorganised. Also £150 for effectively 1.5 laps (as half the first lap was coming out the pit lane) felt like a bit of a rip off. We didn’t have time to get to the lookout point before our son’s experience was finished!
