I rarely write reviews like this, but after nearly 9 MONTHS of broken promises, excuses, and frustration, I feel obligated to warn others about our experience.

In early February 2026, we hired this company to transport our antique car from the West Coast to the East Coast. We were given what seemed to be a reasonable quote and paid a $144.20 deposit in good faith.

Since then, it has been one excuse after another. On numerous occasions, we were told they had a driver lined up to pick up our car, only to be told later that they didn't have one after all. This has gone on for MONTHS!

Now, here we are, nearing the end of October 2026, and OUR CAR HAS STILL NOT BEEN PICKED UP! Our antique vehicle has been sitting outside, exposed to the weather, while we have waited for this company to follow through on its promises.

To make matters worse, they have now MORE THAN DOUBLED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE, with absolutely no assurance that they will ever transport our car!

We've finally had enough. We are now planning to travel across the country next month to retrieve the car ourselves before it suffers even more damage from sitting outside.

And here's the real kicker...

AFTER FAILING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE WE PAID FOR, THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND OUR $144.20 DEPOSIT!

Their excuse? A cancellation fee of $200!

Let me get this straight. You keep a customer waiting for nearly 9 months, repeatedly promise a driver who never shows up, more than double the quoted price, never transport the vehicle, and then expect the CUSTOMER to pay a cancellation fee?

WE AREN'T CANCELLING BECAUSE WE CHANGED OUR MINDS. WE'RE CANCELLING BECAUSE YOU NEVER DID THE JOB!

In my opinion, this is an absolutely disgraceful way to conduct business. We feel misled, taken advantage of, and cheated out of our money.

Save yourself the money, aggravation, and endless frustration. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

If our experience saves even one person from going through what we've endured, then sharing this warning will have been worth it.

I was quoted a shipping price for a vehicle of $720, and made a $144 deposit to UDS Auto Logistics. Was told it would be just a few days. After several excuses and delays of months, my quote was raised to $3100. I told them I wanted to cancel and was informed that I now owed another $200 cancellation fee. Absolutely shameful.

This is not a fake review. I have text messages with a guaranteed price of this guy convincing me to choose their company w guaranteed pickup and price all via text. I said are you sure bc we are considering driving ourselves. He said yes and we agreed. 30 min before pickup he said they need an additional 600. When I did not agree they also refused to refund my deposit. I have text as proof. This is not a fake review

Took deposit. Never showed up. Promised refund. Been ghosted ever since. Don't believe the 5 star reviews.

Be warned stay away.They Do not provide a bol. Promised me I could pay driver with debit which was a lie. Does not return texts or calls after delivery. Car was damaged and is not replying. Fraud and scam company

Roma was great! Constantly in touch with me kept me informed when car was picked up and on its way. Even provided pictures! Car arrived safe and sound and pricing was great as well. From A to Z a great experience with no hiccups.
Roma took care of me and deserves an A++++! Book now you won’t be disappointed .

Tom Wilkins was my rep and due to current challenges with the price of fuel and other logistical issues; finding a driver became nearly impossible. Tom stayed in contact with me and up to date on the situation. He always answered my calls and gave me options. I really appreciated his pleasant demeanor and service.

Patrick Wilson was wonderful and provided empathetic customer service, but I want to be honest about the reality of the transport. While I was quoted one price, it jumped by over $300 on the day of transfer. Patrick mentioned this was due to the current climate and gas prices, though it feels more like an industry-wide lack of transparency regarding final costs.

The delivery experience is where the real issues started. The driver used a scammy tactic by forcing me to sign the paperwork before telling me about any damage. Only after I had already signed did he reveal that my front bumper was damaged and offered me $200 in cash to settle it.

I would give Patrick five stars for his help, but the driver deserves one star for his dishonesty and the damage to my car. To anyone using this service, please make sure you look under your bumpers and inspect every inch of the vehicle before you sign anything. Once you sign, you lose your leverage to fix any mistakes the driver made.

They missed the pickup date and completely stopped answering my calls once they had my money. Save yourself the stress and hire a real logistic company instead.

Extremely disappointed. They gave me a low quote initially just to get the booking but then demanded hundreds of dollar more on pickup total bait and switch tactics. their customer service is rude and they stop answering calls once they have your deposit. Avoid logistic at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind.

We recently had our car shipped from Huntington Beach, CA to Great Falls, MT and used UDS Auto Logistics, and the experience was excellent.
