This company is a complete fraud. Unfortunately I cannot rate negative stars. Do not use UDS - they take your deposit and do not deliver. The people you speak with on the phone are always polite but they are complete crooks and are lying the whole time. Their website shows trucks with the company logo and drivers wearing company logo uniforms which is completely fraudulent - they do not own trucks or employ drivers - they are brokers who put your load on a board for truck drivers to bid on. When UDS gives you an estimate to transport your vehicle, it is an "estimate" which is half or less of what it will actually cost. They require you to sign a legal document saying that you will not work with another company to get another option and that you understand the price they gave you is only an estimate - which is how they get out of having refund your deposit when they don't actually book a driver to transport you vehicle and leave you stuck. I gave them ten days notice and a three day window to pick up my daughter's car to bring it home for the summer. Every time I called they said they had a driver they were negotiating the price with. On the last day when my daughter was to fly home they said they had a driver but the price was more than double, almost triple, the cost they had originally quoted. It was cheaper for me to cancel my daughter's plane ticket, buy a ticket for me to fly to her and drive home (18hrs) with her. Absolutely a disaster of an experience with trying to use a transport company. This company is a scam with fraudulent advertising and extremely unethical practices. I called regularly for six weeks trying to get a refund and each time they kept telling me the refund had been submitted and I should receive it within 24-48 hrs. Finally, the guy said the "accounting department" rejected the refund because they did find a driver but I had rejected it - the guy actually said I should feel happy that they are not going to charge me a cancelation fee. I have learned my lesson - if a company requires you to sign legal documents and requires a "deposit" up front - RUN AWAY ... and absolutely DO NOT USE this company, UDS.

This company is a complete SCAM. I do not recommend anyone to do buisness with them under any circumstances. I received a quote to have my truck shipped. They gave me a date and time, I gave them the deposit then all the sudden they didn't have a driver. After going back and forth for almost two weeks and being lied to over and over again, and then them telling me it would be $1,300 more then they quoted to ship the vehicle. I spoke with a manager and had him read all texts showing the times Max Jordan has lied to me throughout the process he said other companies lie all the time it is normal. I agreed to just getting a refund to which they only sent me half of my deposit. This company is a fraud and I would be very careful if you choose to do buisness with them.

SCAM!!!!!!! Do not book! "salesman" Zach "secured" a driver and service date, "Accounting rep" David took my deposit of $100 then suddenly they didn't have a driver. My order summary stated my truck was operable after I told them it wasn't, so they said they would have to find a driver who had a winch so it would be an additional $50 upon delivery. I repeatedly told them I put on the initial request that my truck was inoperable but because they had supposedly secured me a date which was coincidentally very soon, I agreed to paying the additional $50 upon delivery. They said since a winch was needed, they would have to find a different driver, they repeatedly kept giving me the run around on how they were still waiting. Accounting rep David was now all who I had communication with as Salesman Zach I hadn't spoken too since before deposit was made- he just disappeared. Strangely David was now speaking to me from Zach's phone. I requested my deposit back due to run around, David said I would have to speak to accounting. I asked him- Aren't you accounting though? You took my deposit. David states oh I'm accounting but I don't deal with refunds. What a bunch of BS. I repeatedly call and ask for refund; I'm now told today I can't receive a refund because they offered a driver, and I didn't like the price. Which is not true. Either way, I paid a deposit for a service that I did not get! WHAT A SCAM!

Dishonest and Unreliable Service

My experience has been frustrating from the very beginning. I was quoted $850 with the promise that my shipment would be picked up the same day. However, after I paid the deposit, they kept delaying the pickup, pushing it back day after day. Four days later, not only had they failed to pick up my shipment, but they also raised the price to nearly double the original quote.

When I attempted to cancel due to their clear failure to uphold the terms we agreed upon, they insisted on charging a cancellation fee—even though they’re the ones who breached the agreement.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with them.

I booked shipping for my car and paid a $150 deposit. They set a date to pick it up. I took work off to meet the driver and they never showed. I messaged them and they assured me that they were still coming. They never came. Then they said the driver wasn't trustworthy and they were looking for a new driver. When I tried to cancel they threatened to charge me a $200 cancelation fee. Don't use them. They are scammers!!!

Daniel Drake quoted $450 to ship my vehicle. Once the driver arrived they changed the price to $825 claiming the "size of the vehicle" even though they had all of the information beforehand. This company is a BAIT & SWITCH. If you call them out on the bad reviews they will say it's another company. RUN!

A huge shout out to Mr. Jordan. With zero experience transporting a car, Mr. Jordan helped me every step of the way. He was very reassuring and replied immediately to any concerns or questions I had. I would highly recommend this company and if I could give Mr. Jordan more than 5 stars I would

Horrific company. Please avoid utilizing this auto transport at all costs! First and foremost they quoted me 325 and did a bait and switch LAST MINUTE 2 hours before they were suppose to pick up my vehicle for 600 total. Since this was done last minute and I was flying out to a different state within a few hours I had no choice but to accept the increased price as I had no time to research other transport alternatives. I was informed that my car would be delivered within 2 days. My vehicle was picked up on Wednesday. 3 days has surpassed. The driver and UDS auto transports have been have been ignoring me. The driver finally texted me back on Saturday afternoon stating that my car would arrive 7pm Saturday evening . As of today, (Sunday) I still do not have my car. Not only are they dishonest, they have terrible customer service and they lack integrity and will give you the run around on when they will deliver your vehicle. It is a complete utter nightmare. I am assuming the previous reviews are all fake bots. I basically had to threaten to call the police and the department of transportation to get them to respond to me. I am praying that I will receive my vehicle and that none of my belongings have been stolen/tampered with.

Scam, Saw the good reviews but they charged me $100 deposit and driver never showed up and the next day asking twice the money bad bad service , please be aware

BEWARE, this company is fraud. All the reviews here are fake. They told me that they will get car shipped for $450. After that they started asking for $800 and told me if I don’t agree they won’t refund my money. I told them I agreed for $450 and I cannot afford $800. So I asked them to cancel the service and refund my money, however, they DID NOT REFUND the money and cancelled my service. They are trying to fool you to make a quick buck. Stay away!!

Please people, I am going through a situation with this company as I write this review. DO NOT USE THIS Company. There are ways they use to scam you. They are able to get $400 more from me when the driver cancelled and there has been so many lies since. Now no one picks up the phone any more. My car is no where to be found.
I was told yesterday that my car would be delivered today before 2pm Denver time. I have been calling all day but no one picked up. Finally, a guy picked up and said I will call you back. I am still waiting for a call back.
I will file a complaint with department of transportation in Florida and DOT nationwide. I warn everyone to stay away from trouble. One of the other companies did mentioned how they operate, I should have listened.

SCAMMERS!!! If I can give them zero stars I would! They are scammers they took my money and did not ship my car. They won't refund my money and every time I call them the person I originally spoke to isn't there and they never have a manager I can talk to. SCAMMERS DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

BEWARE- Contracted UDS to transport vehicle from CA to OR. After they took possession of vehicle they demanded over $200 more than agreed upon rate $$$ to deliver. I refused and told them to return vehicle to originating location and refund deposit. They refused unless I paid them another $300.

Regarding UDS response- I have the right company. Anyone can pay for good reviews! but when you get a bad one, you claim it isn't you?? LIARS

THEY CHANGED to $550 I accepted and I paid $100 deposit. AFTER PICKING UP ITEM THEY DEMANDED $700 I REFUSED. I Told them to put it back where they got it. They refused. I informed him that I contacted an attorney and never heard from him again. The Driver delivered the item 9/3 8 PM asked for $600 I gave him $500 cash. I had already paid UDS $100. He made a call and someone accepted so he left my item. I got a call around 9 PM from the Trucking Company stating UDS was trying to make the driver give them another $100 an asking me to call him. to be fair delivery driver was not associated with UDS, he was an independent.

The overall process was excellent and Kevin Brown was very much on top of our shipment. I researched several companies before moving forward with UDS Auto Logistics and I'm glad I did. Price was explained upfront (quoted vs. actual will always be slightly off it's just how this business works) don't get bent out of shape about it.
