Capire come acquistare online l'abbonamento è molto complicato. Alla fine si legge che è possibile solo di persona. Telefono e vengo guidato ad acquistarlo online. Bisogna registrarsi. la registrazione alla fine risulta impossibile. Ritelefono più volte: dopo lunghe attese, ripetutamente la line a cade senza che nessun operatore risponda.

fate attenzione dall'estetica del sito. i biglietti per gli uffizi costano 29 euro dal sito ufficiale (58 euro in 2) noi ne abbiamo spesi 80. sto provando a richiedere un rimborso. mi sincererò che siano validi

I booked tickets for the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery through this site, believing it was the official ticketing platform. It is not. I was charged €127.40 for tickets that cost only €48 total on the official Uffizi/Accademia website (uffizi.it).

I only realized this wasn't the official site when I received the invoice, which showed the booking was actually handled by "The Walker Tour" and "Feel the city tour." To be fair, the tickets themselves seem valid — but the site gives no clear indication before checkout that you're paying a huge markup to a third-party reseller rather than booking directly.

If you're planning to visit the Uffizi or Accademia Gallery, book directly through www uffizi.it to avoid paying more than double the actual price.

Tip for others: Check the invoice/company name and compare prices with the museum's official site before you book — don't assume the top search result or an official-looking design means it's the real site.

Tourists, beware: this is NOT the official website. My fiancé and I got scammed and paid almost twice the normal price. Be careful, find the official website or buy your tickets on site.

Got scammed by this fake site as they are simply a fraud non existent business who are chating and duping people by charging €10 to €15 extra without telling anything anywhere during checkout or post checkout.

Sito ingannevole. Ho acquistato il biglietto convinta che si trattasse del sito ufficiale e ho pagato il doppio del costo effettivo. Audioguida scarsa. Una vera truffa!!!

I purchased 2 tickets for the Uffizi Galleries through this website. The official price is €16 per person (€32 total), but I was charged €70 in total (€35 per ticket).

The website looks like an official provider, which is very misleading. During the purchase process, there is no clear or prominent explanation that they are not the official seller or that such a high additional fee is being applied.

Only after purchasing does it become clear that you are paying a large markup.

Customer service refused a refund, referring only to terms and conditions.

This is not transparent and feels misleading. Do not use this website! This is a SCAM

Pessimi, acquisto biglietti ma mi rendo conto che mia figlia minorenne non ha il documento di riconoscimento e non accettano il recesso dopo 10 minuti dall’acquisto. Se avessi potuto avrei valutato con 0 stelle. Per lo meno il biglietto che poi effettivamente vendono è reale ma 6 euro di commissioni per il ridotto è un furto, non sapevo nulla purtroppo... il sito è costruito apposta: sembra ufficiale, non sono chiari sulle condizioni, però poi se chiedi un rimborso la risposta è "Si prega di notare che queste informazioni sono chiaramente indicate nei nostri termini e condizioni, che i clienti devono riconoscere e accettare al momento dell'acquisto. Di conseguenza, non possiamo procedere con una cancellazione o rimborso". Da quando in qua non viene garantito il rimborso? lo sanno che sono nel torto, evidentemente...Io non potevo più andare e mettendomi a vedere ho scoperto tutto questo...

Non acquistare da questo sito! Sembra quello ufficiale ma non lo è. Fanno pagare anche i bambini che sarebbero gratis. Colpa mia che non ho letto bene ma dalla home sembra proprio il sito originale.

Sito NON ufficiale della Galleria degli Uffizi spacciato per tale. La vendita viene effettuata regolarmente ma con una tassa aggiuntiva di 6 euro a biglietto. Il sito ufficiale è uffizi.it

Je fais pourtant tres attention mais quand on commande sur ce site, on pense vraiment etre sur le site officiel et c'est trompeur.
On ne se rend compte quune fois le paiement effectué que ce nest pas le site officiel

HEUREUSEMENT, les billets sont tout a fait valides , cest la bonne nouvelle.
Jai juste payé 25 % de plus que le prix normal !
Et je m'en veux forcément quand ca arrive

Ou acheter le guide vert michelin ou un autre qui donne les adresses officielles de commande des billets.

sono stata truffata, ovviamente me ne sono resa conto solo dopo l’acquisto.
i biglietti che mi sono arrivati non corrispondono alle tariffe che avevo acquistato, inoltre erano sgranati.
nella mail c’era anche una frase tradotta male dall’inglese, ovvero “La prenotazione è completata al 100%, quindi ora non resta che godersi.”
State attenti!

Premesso che i biglietti sono arrivati solo dopo che sono entrata in chat perchè non li avevo ricevuti via mail, effettivamente il nome del sito e la posizione nelle ricerche traggono molto in inganno: PURO SCAM anche perchè ad ogni biglietto c'è un ricarico di 4€. STATE LONTANISSIMI DA QUESTO SITO

Leider zu spät gemerkt, dass es sich um Betrug handelt. Ich hoffe die Karten sind echt. In jedem Fall waren sie deutlich teurer als auf der offiziellen Website.

Scorretto...Travestito da sito ufficiale...solo casulmente me ne sono accorta....ovviamente dopo l acquisto. Mi auguro solo che i biglietti siano validi visto il discreto sovrapprezzo!.😡
