There is a reason they call themselves ugly-hat. They are the ugliest, cheapest, garbage one could barely call at hat.
Their website is a definite con job using great pictures of beautiful hats and many “suggestions” that are intentionally misleading, Like the picture of a fella in a western style hat racing about his “American” hat.
I ordered a Ronnie Van Zant and an Angel Eyes Lee Van Cleef hat . What I received was the same generic hat made of a crappy piece of thin semi pressed black felt and different only by cheap hat bands.
I made several attempts to contact the company using the information on their website directing any communication through their listed support email - which evidently does not even exist.

No customer service at all and no way to return garbage or request a refund.
I would gladly send this crap back if they provide a prepaid shipping label because it is NOT even worth the cost of return shipping. I would only lose more money on their scam.

I have reported this to my credit card company and requested a refund plus cancelled that card because this crooked company based out of Hong Kong may also try to commit further crimes besides false advertising, misrepresenting their products and services.

Do NOT fall for their con job regardless how they word anything on their website.

I was sold a Stetson Calhoun Palm Leaf western hat order# 093967. What I received was a piece of shit Chinese pure joke of a hat. Even though you indicate that you have a return policy, it is not obtainable, and your scam of a company does not provide an active route for contacting. It was just a bull-shit scam, and I should have known better than to order anything that was being dropped shipped especially from China. I' m going to make it a point to get this false advertisement news out to as many people as I can so that they don't get bent over like I did. I wish nothing but bad things for you and your company of scammers. Actually, I really hope you and your company will tank, and that Kharma has a way of biting you in your ass. Another dissatisfied customer. The only reason I gave this a one-star rating was because if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to continue to tell you what miserable business dealings you conduct. I hope you're proud of your shyster dealings.

It's a scam. The hat I received is not worth $5. They offered me a 20% refund to keep the "similar" hat. I declined and was given two options. Keep the hat (which I would never wear) and get $40% refunded, or pay to ship it back to China and then get my refund. I'm already out $60 and am concerned that I will fork out more cash to return it and never see a refund.
At least the name of the company is correct. It really is an ugly hat.

Same as most. The hat I ordered was not even close to what I received. They gave me 20% back of my purchase. Big deal. They should be shut down for being so deceptive.

Very disappointing – nothing like described

I received something completely different from what I ordered. I paid over €50 for an item that’s worth barely €3 – wrong design and very poor quality. Returning it wasn’t an option because the shipping cost would have been higher than the item itself.

They offered a 40% refund, but even that is too much for a product that went straight into the trash. I will definitely never buy from this seller again.

This is a scam company. All the reviews say the same thing. I was had by these people. They use stolen videos to advertise.

Update! Finally received hat. Not even close to what was ordered. Thia thing isn't worth $6 let alone the $60 that was paid. Doesn't even fit a child's head. Cheap crap material. Filing fraud charges with bank. This is bullshit! Do not order with this company. Also, when we ordered, we ordered from Rand Hats, then Everything from receipts and correspondence is from Ugly-hat. Advertise as American made, ships from
China. Been waiting for a hat for over a month. Send tracking number that isn't valid. Freakin Chinese try to F the US people again. Still no hat.

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. They send you a hat in a bag from China (the site pretends it is US) - not a box! It arrived damaged and they refuse a whole refund (40%). Terrible, terrible company. Nothing more than a scam. Product was poor quality as well. Avoid at all costs!

There isn’t a star low enough to review the absolute crap that these chines rip off merchants sent me. 2 hats £120 not worth the plastic bag they sent them in. Avoid

These guys do not stand behind their product I received 3 hats one was super shiny and the other was damaged in shipping I accepted the shiny hat but the one that was warped and irreparable I requested a replacement or refund and the only available option after several emails was a 40% refund! I couldn’t believe despite the issue being brought to their attention immediately, as well as it being their fault they were ok and standing firm to only return 40% of my money… buy at your own risk I never will again!!

Do not buy this garbage. What you get is not what you see in the pictures. I'm pissed !!

Do *NOT* give this company any money. I ordered 3 hats and spent $150. What I received wasn't worth even $15. They have stolen images and videos from a very well known company and the product provided (if you receive anything AT ALL) is NOTHING like what's pictured. And they will NOT refund any of your money. Next stop is the better business bureau.

Hate to buck the trend here but, I just bought a hat from Ugly Hat, it arrived quickly, fits perfectly and is the actual hat that I chose from their website. So good news. Maybe all the negative reviews have made them up their game. But my experience has been completely positive.

This is a scam company!!!! Do not buy!!! The product that was sent to me was disfigured poorly manufactured and nothing like the picture represented in the ad. When I attempted to get my money back they began trying to make me jump through hoops first offering 20% refund then 40% refund then they said they would give me all my money back if I pay to have the item shipped to China. Mind you the address on the box was not from China. I'm currently in the process working with PayPal trying to get my money back. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this site at all cost.

The straw hat came in a bag squashed so badly it's unwearable ,absolutely disgusting...

I thought I could have the Ronnie van Zant Gambler Hat, It seemed a good product on the Ugly-hat website....The product they sent me from China in a soft bag with no protection is a very bad quality and does not match at all with the one I saw on the Ugly-Hat website. They talk about rattlesnake skin, it is a ridiculous plastic band with no rattle.It looks like to be a children's disguise gadget hat. absolute garbage direct in the trash can... I thought I bought a quality hat for a friends birthday, so it ruined my plans. I just ask for my money back, $67 with insurance and shipping. in the first place they proposed me $10, I refused. They further proposed me $20, and I keep the trash, or, if I want my money back, minus the insurance and the shipping, so $46, I must pay $20 for the shipping to send back the so called hat......I accepted the $20....So this site is a scam....The only thing true is the name...It is a really Ugly Hat. I was excited to open the box, but what was inside was trash. The hat was bent and cheaply made; it was bent out of shape. I just threw it in the trash.

Do not order from here. I ordered a brown women's hat. Apparently they were out, so they "took the initiative ", as they said, and sent me a blue man's hat. I can't wear it & they won't return it. It was $65.

Never buy from this company. They took the liberty of choosing a hat for me that didn’t order, because they couldn’t produce the hat I ordered. It’s a totally different look. I paid $53.98 and they only refunded $5.39. After disputes I’m out $48.59 and stuck with a hat I don’t want.

Never received my hat and order number doesn't work on the website. This company is a scam do not order anything from them. Also paid for quicker delivery.
