Absolutely horrible hats. They look nothing like the pictures AT ALL. We got ours a month after ordering it and my husband is so disappointed. The box it came in looked like it got kicked all the way here from China. It is made of felt and nothing about it looks like the website pictures.

As should be clear from literally every other review on this site, these people are scam artists operating out of China. They will send you a patently wrong product in a damaged box, and then refuse to issue a refund unless you pay for shipping the item back to China. I'm currently in the middle of a bank dispute to try and get my money back

My hat came damage box was destroyed.

Complete scam artists. Ordered a leather hat and it arrived as a floppy cheap felt thing. The hoops I had to jump through to get a refund was a joke,they first offered me to keep the hat and get 20% for a hat i wouldnt ever wear in public,then 50% or i return the hat but pay £20 for return stamps. I ended up going through paypal for a claim so if you want to risk buying from this scam site,pay with paypal so they can get your money back

This company is a scam. The hat that I received looked nothing like the one in the advert, instead it looked like a party shop knock off. Very disappointed.

Gave them a one star rating only because a zero star rating wasn't available. The Hat looked absolutely nothing like the picture of it in its ad. It actually looked like a child's Halloween costume hat , rather than an adult's Western hat . When I requested a refund, they offered me a 15% refund. Luckily I bought it through paypal, and PayPal refunded my money. Under no circumstances should you buy from this company.

Sent the incorrect size of hat. Refused to replace it and only offered a 20% refund.

I ordered 2 hats. Neither as pictured. Neither the right size. Both are cheap materials and came bent up. DO NOT ORDER HERE unless you're just wanting a costume gimmick..

If I could give a no star review, I would. I wish I'd researched the company before I ordered. It's a total scam. I ordered a "Harvester of Sorrow" hat, the only one sorry was me. What I got couldn't pass for a children's halloween cowboy hat. Lesson learned. As it's a scam, I didn't even bother trying to get my money back since it's from China. They'll just try to bend you over and get more money.

Avoid it like a plague. It's a fraudulent website masquerading as a legitimate one, selling very cheap, flimsy, poorly made replicas that don't look anything like what is advertised. I ordered two hats, but neither matched what I ordered from the website. They refused to give me a full refund and expect me to pay for the return postage.horrible horrible customer service.

This company sent me a hat I didn’t order and have refused to replace it telling me there will be a restocking fee and refusing to pay for return shipping. These hats are the cheapest quality you can imagine. I can’t stress enough how much of a scan this is. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Classic bait and switch.I ordered 2 hats and neither of them are like the ones advertised. Do not buy from them.

Yeah I wish I can give a negative review. I ordered my hats right before Christmas and I have no idea where they are. It says they were delivered but it's nowhere to be found. Also the site says they're based in America. The tracking they gave me says my order is coming all the way from China. I lost $225. Another thing I found out from their Tiktok adds is that they steal videos from bigger hat making companies tiktoks.

Trash.....absolute garbage. Is there a way to give a negative 5 star review?
This took over a month to get here, looks nothing like what I ordered, and is more likely to have been purchased at a flea market run by Larry Curly, and Moe.
Will they refund my money? Probably not.
Will I be returning the hat? Definitely.
The question as to how many times I defecate in it first will be determined by the amount of chili dogs I can eat, and how much strong black coffee I can drink in the morning.

Absolute crap. Looked like they got it at the dollar store then sold it for $50 plus saying 60% off. Shit service. Ended up only able to get 40% refund. Don’t get a hat here

Hi, my name is Marcey Butler. I ordered a Beth Dutton size small-hat from your company ugly hat on February 7 2025 I have received no tracking numbers. It is now February 18 and I’m no closer to getting my hat then on the day I ordered it. I’ve contacted you several times three to be exact with no response from them not sure the support@ugly hat is even legitimate…🤷‍♀️

I wouldn't even give them one star if I had a choice. The company is a complete scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered a hat from them and when it eventually arrived it was nothing like what I'd ordered. It was of very poor quality and the stitching was all coming undone. When I raised an issue asking for a refund they said the hat was perfectly functional and they would only offer 20% of the value back.
Absolutely disgusting.
I'm now contacting trading standards and hopefully can get my money back through PayPal. This company needs shutting down.
