These hats are NOTHING like advertised! DO NOT waste your money!!!

Very poor not even close to what was ordered total scam

Price was ok but product and description are totally deceiving. The items I received were smashed into a small box, NOT A HAT BOX, and are more like children's toys. Both hats were bent out of shape and bad quality. One hat has NO firmness at all and is just floppy felt.
DO NOT recommend Ugly Hat products.

Absolute dog poop - horribly made - nowhere near what was advertised - I wish I could show you the pictures they advertise vs what you receive

Nothing like on the website or the videos. These hates are cheap and come.from Wuhan, China. These are the worst hats I've ever seen. Do not waste your money. We are sending mine back and disputing the charge in my credit card. False advertisements!!

Took forever to arrive. Nothing like it was in the photos. Was shipped in a box to small for the hats, so mis-shaped them. And one was ways to big for what size we ordered.

Garbage. Picks are lifted from
a real site. These are awful knockoffs.

The hat i ordered is NOT the hat I recieved. They are deceiving people by claiming to be hand crafted & custom made in America yet shipping from China

I knew it was too good to be true and I definitely should have searched for reviews before I place the order. These hats come from China. They can say they’re in California all they want, but the products are coming from China. They are cheaply made and of course the sizes didn’t fit – go figure - nothing China sells fits Americans!

Garbage hats made in China took 2 months to get and not even leather. Cheapest quality you could get might as well make self sewing.

They don't and can't supply what you want. They send you an item that doesn't even come close to what you ordered in shabby plastic wrapping.
The leather hat I received was of substandard quality where it was of cheap felt and didn't even look like what I ordered and looked as if it would cost you £5 in I seaside stall. It's not even fit enough to use at a fancy dress costume
Update no full refund offered only 20% as they think the product is functional, which it isn't and doesn't come.close.
Payment went through PayPal and they are in the case too.

This was by far the worse experience i have ever had with any online store. Husband wanted 2 hats. It's not liike me to not look at reviews, but this time I didn't. What a mistake. Hats were not what was ordered and the ones I got was horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Wish I could give it a 0 star review. I was dumb and bought a $50 Arthur Morgan hat without doing any research beforehand, expecting it to look like the pictures. But of course, it didn’t, and the pictures were stolen from a real, and surely far superior company called Wild Hats. It also took 2 months to arrive. Based on the other reviews, I’m assuming I’m stuck with this junk and not getting my money back. At least it was on sale.

I ordered 2 hats and not only were they the wrong size, they did not match the photos or description on the website. The shipping box was too small so they were bent and looked terrible.
The website name is correct, they are ugly hats and a total waste of time and money. Total trash!

Scam scam scam and PayPal won’t provide a refund!

I really can’t give them a I1 star review because I never received the purchase I have the shipping reports. They show still in process but claim the hat was delivered in my mail box ,
My mail box , two hats in my mail box a regular curb side mail box fit two hats , lord please . Of course now they don’t return messages,don’t understand why they have office hours and no phone number now I understand that phone would be ringing for complaints. Good luck everyone

Horrible experience.
They are eager to take your money however even though they supposedly have a return policy, they refuse to communicate and oblige to their policy. I tried so many ways and times to return and get a refund. I had ordered two small ugly top hats. I received two beach ball size top hats. No human could wear them. If I was able to not give a star, I would. Awful. It took a long time to receive as well.

1 star is generous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Quality is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. When I received and emailed for refund and return, they come back with "we will give you 20% discount to keep material" Great you will give me a discount to keep the crap!!! They say they can't not issue a refund. Although on the website it says, 14 days within receiving order, not used, in original packaging. These companies are all over Facebook. DO NOT BUY FROM UGLY HAT. I wish I could post what I thought i was ordering and what actually was delivered.
