Ugly Hat Reviews 

Sadly I did not check this site before purchasing from this company. My experience is similar to others reported here. They advertised a good price on a high-quality product, sent something else, and then offered 20% back when I complained. Since what they sent is a cheap item, they will still make a good profit. I can't be sure that this is their model. Maybe a few of us just got unlucky, but I would not take a chance. Update: They have now offered me 40% back or 100% if I return the hat at my expense. Given the cost to a private individual of shipping to Hong Kong from where I live, the net will be about the same.

I agree with all of the previous reviews, i ordered three hats that I spent over $120 with shipping. After waiting over two weeks for my hats they finally came all stack up in a cardboard box which were all bent up and which made the hats out of shape. The quality of the hats were beyond terrible one even look like it was a plastic toy hat, I only wish I had check the reviews first for this company, they should not be even allowed to do business in the United States buyer beware spend the extra money SOMEWHERE ELSE you won't be disappointed.

Asks for a refund due to my hat being over sized and stiffed from what the used. They only offer 20% refund and said i can keep the hat which i didnt want because it didnt fit and had no flexs to. Dont do business with these ppl i didnt even asks for a refund wanted to exchange

Awful. Product arrived cheap looking in plastic bag and damaged. When I requested refund they started offering me discounts and eventually said if I wanted a refund it would cost me over 20USD to post back to them in china and would take over a month to process!! Worst money I’ve ever spent.

They delivered very bad quality hats (absolutely nothing like the advertised images). The hats I bought arrived totally damaged in a bag and not in a box as advertised. They are shipped from China which again is not advertised and are of the poorest quality I have ever seen!

Arrived crushed in a plastic envelope. One size not s/m/l, terrible quality. Nothing like the photo. Do not buy from this company.

I recently received a hat from Ugly hat company and I’m disappointed with the hat because it was damaged during shipping. And second of all when I got in touch with customer service they told me to keep the hat, and offered me 10% off my next purchase. Unbelievable, and very poor customer service. Needless to say that I’m stuck with this hat!

bad quality hats (nothing like the advertised images) arrived totally damaged in a bag and not in a box as advertised. They are shipped from China which again is not advertised. Refund policy states you are responsible for shipping costs return even if they arrived damaged.

As another user pointed out, even though it says that the products are shipped in a box, in reality, they are just put in an envelope. The hat is of low quality and wrinkled from the transport.

Do not buy hats from this site. They order it from China. The 2 hats I ordered didn't come in a fancy box but in a bag, all crushed unusable. Disgraceful....
