I have a subscription. The last 3 months in a row have had at least one heavily dented can with no carbonation. Yuck.

We absolutely loved the flavors- we really enjoyed the birthday cake flavor, and the fruit punch flavor the most. I wish I could access more flavors all the time because now we’re hooked. I checked one of the places Ugly should be available near me and it wasn’t there! I can’t wait for the day I can pick up a bunch of flavors from the grocery store!

I love Ugly. I really look forward to the monthly flavors and usually get two cases. They are always shipped fast and taste great.

Ugly drinks are so light bright! I especially love the cherry and the pumpkin, they taste like the real thing!!! As a diabetic it is often hard to find a variety of drinks that are sugar free and delicious. Ugly has made a beautiful assortment of drinks I can have!!! It’s good to be an Ugly!

Had a mishap where cans were missing.. they came through and sent a whole new box to make up for it. They were kind, caring, and took customer service to the next level. Since this was a gift to my husband for his birthday, they really didn’t disappoint when it came to solving the issue. Great group of people.

I love UGLY drinks however this last order was not great. I ordered 12 candy cane, 12 Mango energy and 12 Fruit Punch energy. The package arrived with no Mango energy at all. The Fruit Punch and candy cane came loose in a giant box with everything rolling around. No formal packaging or anything. Honestly looked like packaging I would get from an eBay purchase. I have received no further communication in if my Mango are being shipping separately or what is going on there.

Just not a good product. I really wanted to like this but it just tastes like hate water. Why does your water hate me?

All of the flavors I have ordered so far have been excellent.

I love this product and have tried and tried to be patient with the company but all 5 orders I have placed with this company have got messed up some how or lost. They keep giving me a discount coupon that doesnt work because I used it after the first mishap. I've been sent tracking info to packages that never left the warehouse. Turn around on all 4 orders have averaged almost a month. I really like this product and trying to yope things turn around but it only seems to be getting worse.

I like how “aggressive” the fizz is in ugly drinks. Especially the reg sparkling mineral water. I would buy a pallet of it if I could. It’s refreshing and gets me going. The energy beverages fill that bubbly void until the sparkling mineral returns. Cheers. #ugly

I am completely sold on Ugly! The flavors are fantastic, and the seasonal options are even better. Just need that Ginger Ale full time and we'll be set.

Also - customer service is by far the best around!

It is good but not great tasting, but over priced for what it is. Have had better flavored carbonated waters for much less costs. While unique in flavor choices not quite worth the costs.

Good overall product. Taste, etc but had noticed near bottom of 36 pack some cans were partially filled/pressurized or empty, seemed to affect 2 or 3 cans only

Drinks came super fast, as ordered, and have been really enjoyable. Good for flavor and thirst.

I love sparkling water, and was surprised the Dr. Ugly flavor tasted just like Dr. Pepper. Not sure how they pulled it off, but it's super refreshing without any of the sugar. Have bought multiple times
