This Company sold me hardware then…
This Company sold me hardware then sends me half the order (deadbolts but no levers) but charges me full price. Informs me after-the-fact that item is on back-order when I purchased it online it said in-stock. Now, I have double the install cost from my contractor to install because he now has to make two trips and I'm stuck with two doors in my house that I can't enter of exit because they have no hardware (it's been a month now and counting) . I'm never ordering from UHS hardware again. Customer service is difficult to say the least - never admit any mistakes - they blame you! Furthermore, I previously ordered a front door entry set from them a few months earlier. Upon going to the Manufacturer's site I looked up what I order from UHS and found they send me the older (not current) model hardware that does not have the current features. I confronted and they said sorry the order is too old , we can't help you. After all of this they offered me a $60 credit. But when I asked them a week later, "where's my $60 credit?" they said oh, that's a $60 credit for a future purchase! Like, really???? I'm going to order something from this sham company again??? These guys are criminals. Run don't walk away from this company.

I ordered a CN900mini online - NEVER RECEIVED IT
I ordered a CN900mini online. they said they have delivered it to me. i never received the shipment, tracking stops somewhere in jamaica, and i am in africa. calls for feedback proved futile. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when dealing with this company. i lost my money to them!
Machine arrived damaged
Machine arrived damaged, called 3 times and was told a return label would be sent. Finally, I mailed it back to UHS Hardware roughly 9 week ago and still haven't heard anything back via email.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service! I was sent a defective key cutter TWICE now and they don’t seem to care at all, trying to blame me for their mess up. I will not be dealing with them anymore for the simple fact that they are now interfering with my money. In order to be refunded I have to send it in and wait for who knows how long for you guys to tell me it’s my fault when they probably just sent me the same one from the first time instead of replacing the whole machine. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Oh then they have employees lying about being the manager when I asked for the manager? It’s a scam, don’t even bother.

Ordered a key cutter arrived defective sent it back after getting rma label after wasting 2 days on phone with tech support as they “looked for solutions” after arriving to their warehouse it apparently took 3 full business days for it to arrive to tech support finally they sent a new machine out and that one is defective too and customer service sends me to tech support when I asked to speak with manager called back Ariel told me she was manager then continue on to say “I spoke with my manager” my question is why can’t I speak with the manager apparently they are the only managers I’ve ever seen that’s always busy either in meetings or just plain unavailable so now I have to waste more time and lose more money waiting for the 2nd key cutter to arrive to them and they inspect it because apparently they can’t send me an overnight return label or refund me until it is inspected and did I mention it takes 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO MOVE FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE TO TECH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT AFTER IT ARRIVES THERE VIA FEDEX
ALSO I SPENT MORE TIME ON HOLD THAN TALKING TO AN ACTUAL PERSON

In addition their prices are very competitive compared to many places on the internet.
Finally, this is the kind of companies worth supporting because they employ Americans and they do not have call centers oversees.
