I recently got in touch with UK debt service and they have been incredible! Kevin has helped me every step of the way and has been so kind and understanding. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done!

As soon as someone picked up the phone he immediately asked me how I am and how I’m dealing with this situation which I really appreciated, it made it feel more personal. We talked thorough out the day to get this all sorted by the end of the day, he was extremely helpful and supportive! One of the best customer services I have received. I truly hope this gentleman gets noticed for his service that day! His name was Farhad Choudhury!

Absolutely giving 5 star to this company if i could give more i would. A guy called Farhad was absolutely amazing and reassuring and very helpful i suffer with bad anxiety and he helped ease it. Brilliant work thanks for the help :)

Farhad gave a very good service and answered all my questions. Gave lots of detail and dealt with my matter very efficiently.

Well where do I start? The team here at UK debt services was absolutely outstanding. There was one particular person Chris Smith, who really stood out. He made the whole process easy for me but, most importantly he was very understanding, respectful and helpful. I thank you and the team for helping me on the road to become debt free. The team you have makes your company UK Debt Services!

This has been so far the worst experience I've encountered. Via WhatsApp the person I'm in touch with, didn't even gave me his name. They claim they tried to call me which is a lie because I don't have any missed calls from them. When I asked for number I can call on, I've been ignored. Terrible experience for someone that is trying to get out of debt. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone no matter the positive reviews. Disappointed and put off from sorting my debts.

They helped us very quickly and made the process so easy for us. Made a bad start to the day end on a much happier note. Fully recommend.

Everything was going amazing, was speaking to a woman called Shana. Took all my details, had a few phone calls. Threw every call they told me I WAS GETTING AN IVA. I was told someone was going to ring me to finalise things and they never did. I got in contact with them and they were reading my messages and blanking me so I rang them and was told that they couldn't do nothing. Threwout every call they told me it was all happeneing. I felt a relief, like a weight was lifted. To then being told nothing can go ahead and they give me a number for somewhere else. It took me alot of courage to get intouch with these in the first place. Suffering badly with anxiety and depression they made me feel amazing until they told me they couldn't do nothing. Apsolutle joke. Now I feel like I've hit rock bottom. Thanks for nothing!
