i have requested this company to remove my details at least 4 times over the phone o their agents, and sent emails. the staff are disgustingly rude. you will remove my details from your data in accordance to GDPR... I work in financial services and have not applied for this!

For years I've been struggling with debt. It led to a full mental breakdown and I was very close to ending my own life. I saw an advertisement on Facebook about an IVA and thought I'd give it a try, all the time thinking I wouldn't be accepted. I then received a phonecall and I spoke to an advisor who understood all my problems and my debts and was very empathetic and very professional. She then told me I had been accepted and that my monthly payments were more than affordable. I can now sleep easier and my worries have all gone. I will definitely recommend to anyone

Highly recommended, before contacting I was a bag of nerved and honeslty embarrassed! My advisor rae was so friendly and helpful I honeslty felt so comfortable and confident in talking with her,I now have an iva set up and feel so much more relaxed.

This company were a great help to me I was so depressed, would never answer the door if someone knocked on it as I was worried that the bailiffs were once again at my door threatening to take my possessions if I didn’t pay them there and then. Obviously I didn’t have the sum they wanted. Started using bully tactics saying that they would get the police to arrest me and I would be put in prison. It was at this point I decided to phone the uk debt line. Spoke to a lovey lady Called Rae who gave me different options that I could use. The best one for me was an IVA after speaking about the other options and telling me in detail what it would mean to me. Thank you once again for for brilliant service and being patient with me. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family if they ever find them self in the position that I ended in.
