I have purchased a product that did not suit my hair, however I was refunded the cost for this after reaching out to customer services team. I was very pleased with customer service provided by Carly.

Carly was prompt with her response to my problem and arranged for next day delivery for the inconvenience caused. First class customer service!

They say, don't judge a company on how they do when things are going good, judge them when things are going bad. I can honestly say -"Carly did good". She sorted my issue and got my item in the post. 
She is a real asset to Curl Smith. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, so excellent job Carly and Curl Smith.

Carly at Curlsmith customer service was so helpful today with an issue I had as a new customer. Her emails were polite & useful. The response time was immediate & the issue was dealt with quickly & favourably. I hope the products suit my hair as I would happily deal with curlsmith again.

I couldn’t create an account so I sent a email explaining the problem. It was a problem with my browser and Carly was kind enough to replay right away suggesting what the problemmight have been. Thanks again Carly for your help and for the quickly response.

I had a dilemma about what kind of products to buy for my specific hair. Carly was the one getting back to my with helpful list of what products should I use. She also answered my further questions. Carly gave me all the info I was looking for👍. So don’t hesitate to ask if you are not sure about what products would work the best for your needs.

It’s always great when you have a nice customer service experience hence why I have to mention the high level of service given from Carly - curl smith. There was an error with my delivery address whereby my goods were sent back to sender. Carly kindly responded back to my email, made the amendment to my address and reshipped my goods. She also threw in a good will gesture and replaced one of my items (currently out of stock) with the jumbo size at no extra cost. That was more than generous of her and it’s not every day you have individuals who are so understanding to the customers needs and so giving.

Carly was super helpful when I needed a replacement for a package lost by the post. Highly recommended:)

Curlsmith products are great - Good quality and a good variety to suit a variety of hair types and needs.
Plus, their customer service is exceptional! On all occasions when I've needed to reach out, replies have been prompt and above and beyond helpful. In particular, Carly in the customer service team is fab!

The product wasn't quite right for me, but Customer Support did a great job getting me sorted.

It's always difficult to buy products online, especially at a higher price than you'd otherwise find in the likes of the supermarket, or other high street shops. How it smells and feels is very subjective, but the expectations are still quite high

That's why it's so important that the companies that are doing this predominantly online have a good feedback and customer support system, and I wasn't disappointed. Within 5 minutes of my initial message, Carly on the other end offered a full refund.

I wouldn't hesitate to try the company again, even if what I bought the first time wasn't quite right for me.

Unfortunately the packaging doesn’t always work. Two orders have leaked and I had to get the products replaced.
Carly in customer services was super and sent on extra samples for the inconvenience

I love their products - the smell great and work really well. Received a dud bottle that didn't smell quite right and Carly was a great help, exchanging it for a different product, with no issues. Thanks so much!

Very good customer service from Carly. Royal Mail delivered my parcel to a shed that I don't even own, and couldn't locate! Within 15 minutes Carly arranged for the products to be sent again free of charge.

I had a question about which styling products would be best suited to my particular hair type. I used the online chat and had a very quick response from Carly. She gave me lots of very useful information :)
