This vile greedy company doesn’t even deserve a 1star
Purchased the basic dude prunner
Great little machine
The wire that attaches to the clipper was very flimsy.
It just snapped
ℹ contacted them
I had about 4 rounds of communication
They kept ignoring the issue
They kept regurgitating that my warranty was up.
I wasn’t asking for something for nothing
I was clear I wanted to pay for a changer
They kept bringing up the issue over the warranty, hoping I would just shut up.
Very patronising and condescending
They confirmed to me that they took this product on knowing that they would not sell the charger separately.
They refused to sell me the charger
I have not been able to purchase another charger anywhere
I have to throw the whole thing away
I have barely used the clipper.
The everyday Australian 🇦🇺 has to pay for waste, yet companies like this can waste and I have to foot the bill.
Disgusting patronising service communication.

Click bait. The ads in my feed recommended using it for 4 months to make sure you gave it time to see results. Did nothing except waste my time and still have to shave (razor) every 4 days to keep away the stubble. Contacted the company and they told me it has been more than 70 days so they were not able to accept returns. This is a SCAM!!!!

BE CAUTIOUS! - I ordered one and the first time I went to use it I knocked it off the counter on to a carpet floor and it broke apart in a multitude of pieces - AND NOT ONE PIECE WAS BROKEN. Great concept, shitting manufacturing. No help from the company to either reassemble or give me assembly instructions.

The Fuzzgun doesn't work. It's a useless piece of junk. I sent it back for a refund and now they don't even respond to my emails. They are criminals and scam artists who take your money and ghost you. You have been warned. Do not fall into the trap and purchase their dodgy products that don't work.

Doesn't work. Followed all prep and treatment instructions to the letter. I have pale skin and black hair. I'm now 12 weeks into it, and the hair just keeps growing back as normal. No thinning, no slowing down. For what you pay, it's not worth it. I doubt the light is sufficiently powerful enough compared to a proper clinic machine. Don't waste your money, or time. Just save a go to a professional. The before and after photos on the site only look good because they are probably taken right after shaving the area they are treating

It’s a complete waste of money.. does not work.. I used it 3 times and hair came back right away in two days .. no reduction in hair whatsoever.. complete waste of money.. don’t buy

I purchased the dude pruner for hair removal and it did well until the blade got dull so I purchased a new blade.
When it came it was as dull as the original. I asked for a replacement. They asked for a picture which I sent them. After 3 more emails they said the replacement blade was fine!!
I've since switched to Manscape.
So for $14 replacement they lost a customer and earned this negative review.

Purchased 4 months ago, firstly this device doesn't have a battery so you have to use the mains cable, which is ridiculously short so it makes it hard to use. By the way - just goes to show that the reviews on their website are fake reviews because one of them clearly states how long the battery life is. I have normal tone Caucasian skin and dark brown hair. I used the device exactly as directed in the manual ( including the instructions of how to "prepare the area" for treatment - i.e shaving it, but no waxing etc. I've now used it for 15 weeks and I did half the same area of my body with the device and half didn't so I could get a genuine comparison. Absolutely no difference at all in the two areas. Complete waste of money

Purchased this on a whim that it worked, had some problems with delivery, although was resolved by the company, although this could be painful at times as they are based in Australia so it’s either email or stay up late at night and live chat.

Other than that, the product is as expected, not painful to use or though in some areas you do get a sharp initial sting, but you can adjust the intensity when needed for those.

The ‘Snow Balls’ works well at making it less ‘hot’ although sometimes you can mistake the coldness for pain/burning as it does get VERY cold.

All in all not bad for the price, would buy again if needed (and of course if it works!).

I have only just started using it so will update my review with any results further down the line.
