I had an issue with the product. Evelyn from customer service was excellent at sorting out the issue.

Evelyn service was outstanding

Evelyn helped me with delivery and retuning the items. The collection was not perfect as they didn’t come with proper equipment and protection to transport the WalkingPad. At one point they refused to take this, but after I spoke to their head he agreed.

A great product and it's nice looking as well. The fact that it folds up and can be put out of the way is a really clever design.

This company's customer service is outstanding. My treadmill had suffered a small amount of damage during the delivery process and WalkingPad UK were really concerned and supportive as regards achieving a solution that was best for me. (I decided to keep the treadmill and accept some compensation for the damage). The treadmill itself is great. I'm 66 and I find it quick and easy to set up and foldaway and it's also very straightforward to use. Top marks. I would definitely use this company again.

I have had it for 2 months now, so far so good. I enjoy its foldable feature and sturdy build; I am not afraid to run on it. I also appreciate the mobile APP that records my progress. I love it. I hope it will last.

There was a problem with delivery, totally outside the companies control. I contacted them and within hours I had been contacted by both email and WhatsApp. They were courteous, polite and efficient in dealing with the problem. I have now received my walking pad and initial thoughts are fantastic

I had a frustrating experience with the functionality of my new walkingpad device. But once I contacted customer support Evelyn was really supportive and professional talking me though next steps until the issue was resolved. I wish I’d gotten in touch sooner!

Evelyn in customer support was extremely helpful to me. She was very responsive and answered all queries that I had. Thank you.

Although I commented on many issues regarding the return (such as unclear admin fees and delayed refunds) and the CS, the manager contacted me immediately in a very polite, professional manner.

Given that the manager has promised more training for the CS team, I'm happy to edit this comment and look forward to further improvements.

And the last thing... please always address customers by their names instead of 'hi' only.

Amazing Customer Support and Walking Pad!

Had an issue with our walking pad belt making funny noises. After talking with the support team they were more than happy to assist and even sent a whole replacement! Very happy with the service honestly.

The Walking Pad Z1 is what we ordered and runs without any problems. All in all. Satisfied completely
