The price was the best I could find online and ordering was very straightforward. I was notified of delivery dates quickly and everyting arrived on time and in good order.

The paving was not delivered on the day…
The paving was not delivered on the day promised, no phone call to let us know they were not arriving. I emailed in the afternoon to chase and see what was happening as we had men waiting on site, I finally got a response after I emailed at 4.30 to say they were not being delivered.
Terrible customer service, no communication at all until you chase them when there's a problem.

Firstly thanks for your review. Also the fact that in 6months you where the first delayed order we have encountered which was out of our hands. Secondly It gives us an opportunity to explain to you in writing so that you can take in what we tried to tell you instead of not understanding our delivery procedures. As you agreed on purchasing we will be with you in 1-5 days. Also you agreed to the delivery being on a full day window which is between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This is why we found it confusing that you got labour in even though you had products arriving that could’ve been at 6pm at night? As far as your order not reaching you was simply down to the fact the lorry attempting your delivery was stuck in a road collision that wasn’t his fault. This was out of our hands and we where only notified around 4:15pm. We also explained to you within a few minutes of you shouting at us that your product would be delivered the following day. Which it was. Having said all this and hopefully you understanding the struggles we are all seeing in this current pandemic we do hope everything went well with your project and look forward to you purchasing again.

Brilliant value and service
Having searched the internet I found that UK Paving Supplies were the cheapest by far for my Marshall’s product. I ordered and paid for 27 pallets of paving stones and two pallets of kerb edgings. I received an email immediately informing me of my delivery date etc. The product arrived on time and perfectly delivered. Five stars all round. Thank you.

Excellent service, cheaper than local supplier in Scotland.
I live in Scotland and it was cheaper ordering my material, marshal buff stones, and coping from this company with free delivery than it was going to my local building supplies. We then realised that we could not get a mini digger and skip for a week and a half after ordering, and this company had no problems in delaying our delivery to a date of our convenience.
