The price was the best I could find online and ordering was very straightforward. I was notified of delivery dates quickly and everyting arrived on time and in good order.

After a long deliberation regarding location and vehicle access delivery date booked in no am or m time could be given. All day waiting, took a call by us regarding delivery to be told vehicle rescheduled for next day. Disappointing and frustrating understand these things happen but lack of communication is a negative point.

While we fully understand how frustrating delays can be, we genuinely did everything within our control to ensure your order arrived safely and as quickly as possible. The delivery issue was outside of our hands, and we maintained constant communication throughout to keep you updated.
Your property is located on a very narrow road where a full Marshalls articulated lorry couldn’t safely access. We explained this clearly and requested photos several times when you were finally able to provide them. Once it was confirmed that access remained unsuitable for a standard crane vehicle, we went above and beyond to arrange an alternative — a Moffett vehicle (a small truck with an attached forklift) to complete the delivery instead.
You agreed to this solution, and every message or email you sent was answered within minutes, not hours or days. Our website clearly states that we do not offer AM or PM delivery slots; instead, drivers call approximately one hour before arrival so customers don’t have to wait in unnecessarily. This was explained and accepted ahead of delivery.
On the delivery day, when you contacted us regarding timing, we checked immediately with Marshalls — the delivery partner — and were advised that the vehicle had broken down. Marshalls rescheduled for the following morning, and the delivery was successfully completed.
We always do our very best to communicate openly and promptly with every customer, and in this case, we truly feel we acted quickly, honestly, and fairly at every stage.
