The price was the best I could find online and ordering was very straightforward. I was notified of delivery dates quickly and everyting arrived on time and in good order.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, Simon was exceptionally helpful, supplied product that everyone else had said was impossible to get for months, communicated frequently to keep me updated, answered every question in a timely manner, delivery happened exactly when it was supposed to , driver phoned to make sure we were ready.
Exceptional service also a great price, didn't charge any premium for difficult to get products like some other sellers of building products in this difficult time

Poor guidance on phone. Wrong product received - product not even unloaded from delivery lorry. Refund promised and not received. Not a good experience!!

Firstly we appreciate your review and secondly we have already explained to you why you haven't had your refund yet. To start with you refused delivery of the products that you choose but realised you had made the mistake in ordering a product to match your driveway that was even one of ours. Then we used our technical side to try and see what products you already have on your driveway to see if we could match for you. Due to Covid it took 2 days to get an answer which they said, your existing driveway was not a Marshalls product. This intern according to yourself was our fault? Then we asked what you'd like to do and you asked for a refund. As per our Terms and Conditions we can not have products moved around the country free of charge and admin working for free. Also we never charged you our admin fee as a gesture of goodwill to help you out due to your mistake in ordering the wrong product. (once again please see our T's and C's you agreed to) Also again as per our terms and conditions we will not refund any monies until we have been given the green light to do so. Over all your money is now refunding 2 weeks after you asked for you money to be returned. Hope this clears things up for you and so others can see we keep to our word our try our hardest to help out customers like yourself who made the mistake initially. All the best with your search for the correct products you are looking for. Simon
