Delivered promptly. Yet to do the test

Just got my results and I think that they make sense.
The report is very in depth and clearly formatted and makes an easy read and will stick to the suggested plan of avoiding the foods that are most sensitive (a few which are my favorites....), also upping my intake of a few types of food groups which I am deficient in.

Only suggestion would be to have a summary page of all sensitivities/deficiencies as it would be easy to print out and reference when required.

I must say a special thanks to Lillie Gee for the phenomenal email support that I received - lighting fast responses to my emails with exactly what I wanted. Lillie also deserves donuts :) :)

I will be a repeat customer to check on my updated results next year.

So it's been a couple of weeks now. I've been sticking to the plan given and avoiding the foods mentioned. Almost straight away my stool changed I was having stool looking mustard coloured for the last year or more, was so worried, its brown again for the first time in a long time 😅. This has been the biggest noticeable difference for me.

Still working through a few things that I need to understand which I plan to ask them about, just time but I feel the difference in my body by avoiding the foods listed. Really having to cook different but worth it. I'll try and leave another update further down the line.

I came across checkmyintolerance online when I was searching for a private company who is out there to conduct a test to let me understand the food I should avoid , I was very surprised when the test result came back and '' Garlic , mushroom , and carrot are on the list , because I've just recently embarked on a healthy diet and these formed the bulk of what I usually eat but I knew something was not right , this review is based on the outcome of the test , I've stopped eating the food I am sensitive to and hopefully fingers crossed . I will get my six pack back on time - Lol

I'm easily pleased but I found this experience to be superb. Easy-to-read and communicate with, I'm hoping to see the benefits soon.

This company is the same scam company as UK food intolerance c.o.uk. Check out how they scammed 100's of us, then blamed it on 'hackers' and then did a midnight run without refunding, or helping us.

Do not trust these people. Same owners, same company and a network of scammers with other sites in the USA and Australia.

I have spoken to their governing body, trading standard and advert standards.
