Josh was an excellent representative who explained the solar system and various options. We had 3 quotes and we chose Uk energi for the level of service. The installation went smoothly but was delayed due a late inverter delivery, Dan the ops manager communicated well and full install was complete a week later.

Thanks to Manni and Ethan for starting the install and Dan for putting the finishing touches. The Sig energy battery and inverter system is working smoothly and the app is a great interface to watch the sun give us free energy !

Fantastic company to deal with. We had spoken to a number of companies before Uk Energi was recommended by a friend. It was refreshing that they listened to what you wanted, gave there best advice and there was no pressure to make a decision. Our experience from start to finish was excellent Uk Energi couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a positive experience. The scaffolder and the installation team were first class taking care to ensure we were happy. When you phone the office everything is dealt with efficiently and you get the information and support you need. I can’t praise Uk Energi highly enough.

I recently had a full solar panel and battery system installed by UK Energi, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

Our initial sales rep, Tracy, was brilliant. She was incredibly helpful, deeply informative, and took the time to answer all our technical questions without any high-pressure sales tactics. She made the process of choosing the right system stress-free.

On the day of installation, the team of electricians and installers arrived on time and were great to deal with. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently, and with zero issues on the day.

We had one minor hiccup where a roof tile was unfortunately broken during the process. While I did have to chase this up to get it resolved, the communication otherwise was spot on. After the job was done, I gave Tracy a call to ask about removing the scaffolding, and she immediately contacted the office to make it a priority—it was taken down promptly.

Overall, I'm really happy with the final result and the level of service provided. I would highly recommend UK Energi to anyone looking to make the switch to solar.

Dealt with Josh to start with and he talked me through the whole process and explained the pro's and con's in a clear manner and was never once pushy. From start to finish they have been excellent. When the work started they were clean, tidy and helpful with any questions. Would recommend.

Having had solar installed by UK Energi I can thoroughly recommend them. From the first visit by Josh to the removal of the scaffolding post installation I have found everyone involved professional, courteous & knowledgeable too.
Firstly Josh ran through all the options with me & priced the job up and it was obvious from the outset that he knew everything there is to know about solar & he answered all the questions with no hesitation.
Once I had booked the job Jennifer kept we well informed of all dates & progress that was being made.
The scaffolding company arrived as booked & were polite & quick with no issues at all.
The 4 men on the installation day were OUTSTANDING. Manni, Jack, Ethan & Ryan were so polite, pleasant & confidence inspiring. A real pleasure to have them onsite and they worked so tirelessly on such a hot day too. A great team of installers who got a big job completed in one long day & cleared up everything afterwards too.

UK energi have been everything I wanted . Fairly local , established and with a track record. Great can do attitude and service. No price surprises other than good ones. No adding bits and bobs as the job went on. One minor issue was dealt with promptly and very much to my advantage creating more storage at a significantly reduced price, Everyone I had direct dealing with in Doncaster, from initial phone call ,to survey, to questions and detailing of install and staged payment , to the install team itself were without exception great. What a lovely bunch of folks who know their stuff and were always great to talk to. They waited very patiently for my smart meter to be commissioned which took nearly 5 months but held to their original quote and offers . The install took a day , neat tidy work , no disruption in the house at all just very considered attention to all the detail.Price wise they were in the competitive end of the market but in my view worth every £ for their professionalism and competence. Thanks UK energi. From start to finish the work you undertook for us has been faultless . Since our install at the end of april we have collected 780kwh off our ten panels. I have stopped wondering how much it would be worth spending on a new fridge to save £50 on the electric .

When considering a solar & battery installation for our house I obtained 4 separate quotes from different suppliers, including our current energy provider. I decided to go with UK Energi for the following reasons: they were very competitive on price and the quality of products fitted was better than others. Also when Tracey came to visit us for our survey and quote she was very thorough and gave good clear advice and was always available after for questions.
From then on UK Energi kept us informed during the 9 week DNO process and once that was through quickly arranged for our installation.
The scaffolders and installers were all polite and professional and took care of our property. All was completed in 7 hours and we are now happily energy self sufficient!

Forget all the rest, this company is fantastic, from start to finish everything was explained and made us feel really at ease, their workmanship/products and professionalism is fantastic.
We had 27 panels fitted with battery storage, it is absolutely fantastic and saving us loads of money already.

It's only day two after installation. So far so good, it's doing what was expected but early days yet, This review is about the level of service received. Ella was my first point of call, knowledgeable and quietly confident. Josh visited us, easy manner, knows his stuff, no hard sell. Shortlisted to what seemed to be a few good companies and chose UK Energi. Service has been excellent. Installation is smart, efficiently installed and competitively priced.

We purchased Solar and Battery from UK Energi, we had it installed on the 18th May, the team were fantastic on the day completing all required works. A special mention to Harry in sales who really knows his stuff. We would recommend them to any body, polite, courteous,clean and tidy what more is there to say.

We used UK Energi to add a further 10 panels to our existing system. They were honest and professional from start, when speaking to Harry on the phone, to finish, when the scaffolding was taken down. I would recommend them for anyone wishing to invest in solar panels.

Good customer experience.

We purchased solar and batteries. They were very easy to deal with. Tracy come to our home, discussed our requirements, importantly, listening to what we were saying. Did a survey, gave us some options, running through the various benefits. Price was competitive. We placed our order and within 2 weeks, our system was installed. Installation team were great (a special thank you to Dan), explained what they were doing. Neat and tidy work. The office team where also good to deal with. I am happy to recommend them.

What a great company to deal with. I had an initial Teams call (my choice) with Harry who explained everything and did our quotation. After deciding to go with them (after shopping around we felt this was the company we really wanted to use) we have been fully informed of the process and timescales. Once we had our installation date the scaffolding was erected a couple of days beforehand. On the day, the team (electrician Manni plus Tom & Jack the panel guys - who were all brilliant), arrived from 8:15. Each one of them were very polite and very easy to get on with. We were consulted and kept in the loop as to their progress. By 2:30pm they had fully completed the install and each waited to make sure we were completely happy with everything and to say goodbye. Highly recommended.

Really great company, came up with a design that really suits the aesthetic of the barn and fast install.

Initially we made a number of inquiries for the fitting of Solar Panels and Battery, the first two companies contacted, I didn't feel were too helpful and very pushy sales people. I then came across UK Energi and it was like chalk and cheese, they were so helpful from the minute I spoke to them. Harry was my initial contact and he was excellent, to be honest I wasn't too worried on the price from UK Energi, as they were addressing all my needs and were very knowledgeable and professional in all of the questions I asked.
As it turned out the price was very competitive for our system requirements.
Once the approval had come back from the grid, they then sent me a schedule with dates and what would happen next....
In just over a week Scaffolder Lee arrived and was excellent, then our panel fitters Ryan & Rich arrived the day after, along with Mannie the electrician. The whole installation was completed within the day. We also found during installation we could get an extra panel on the roof, so I went ahead and added an extra one and they came back the following day to fit this.
We have also dealt with Dan and Jen in the UK Energi Team office who were both excellent sending us the required paperwork and supporting on the Energy App.
Excellent customer service by the whole team and a job well done, no hesitation in recommending this company.

Start to finish took around 7 weeks including DNO sign-off. Once the certificate came back, an install date was booked within a week. Communication throughout was reliable and clear.
System is performing well, and their pricing came in lower than competing quotes for what appeared to be at least equivalent service. Would recommend.
