Good communication at all stages, good installation team but more time could have been given on instructions at hand over.

Exalant service from start to finish Harry answered all of my questions and made suggestions to improve my insulation. The people who fitted the system were friendly and knowledgeable and open to answering any questions about the system

He never pushed, never pressured, and genuinely gave me the space and time I needed to think and decide — something that is incredibly rare these days. Unlike others who say “let us know” and then suddenly bombard you with emails and follow-ups, Harry respected my pace completely.

What really says it all is that months later, when I was finally ready to go ahead, he welcomed me back as if no time had passed and went above and beyond to help me, advise me, and make sure everything was right. That level of professionalism, patience, and human approach builds real trust.

The installation team were brilliant too — polite, tidy, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the work they do. You can tell when a company cares, and UK Energi absolutely does.

We have been in discussion with Harry Hunt from UK Energi for some time as modifying Solar system and changing (33 panels with 4 batteries). Harry was always very helpful and non biased, went out his way to support with advice and optimisation.
I can highly recommend Harry as a Sales Support and company. Unfortunately due to price we did not go ahead, so we cannot comment on installation.

I cannot recommend UK Energi enough, from start to finish they have been great! Josh was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products, the office team have been very helpful whenever I have needed them, especially Jen, and the lads who came and fitted the solar panels were nothing but polite, professional, clean and efficient! Even when I called to say about an issue after installation the company where quick to come and resolve it (turns out it wasn't caused by them but they still provided support and offered assistance). Great service!

Exceptional Service from this company from the beginning to the end of the process of selecting and installation of Solar.
Tip No 1. Do your research ! I had done mine and Josh who came out to survey was thorough and knowledgeable. Moreover his information was in accord with what I had already found out so I knew he was not trying to exaggerate the benefits.
The quotation was extremely competitive compared to a number of other quotes I had obtained.
The backup team in the office /accounts are extremely helpful, happy to field queries and either get answers or get someone to ring if they don't have the answer.
Scaffolder turned up as planned despite appalling weather.
The installation team led by Connor were exceptional. Turned up as planned on the dot. Their work is extremely neat & tidy, no loose cables etc and they were very friendly & polite. the app was installed on my phone for me and a full demonstration given. All mess was cleared up and taken away and before leaving they checked that we were happy that all was as it should be.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of installing a solar system.

I started to actively research solar power energy back in October, and it started to dawn very rapidly the range of products and providers was quite overpowering.
After a lot of googling and watching many You Tube videos on solar energy I eventually narrowed it down to a Sigenstor or Tesla all-in-one system. A particular requirement for me was a local contractor and I approached 6 companies and the only one that was outside my “catchment” area was UK Energi. As it turned out I booked them in last and by then I was favouring the Sigenstor set up. The total cost of battery and type of panels etc did not vary greatly but it was not until Tracy from UK Energy visited that I knew within a few minutes that I was confident to pick them. By the time I met Tracy I was cautious and had a raft of questions but she was very patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring me not only about the products but more importantly about UK Energi. None of the other representatives/installers impressed me as much Tracy and UK Energi.
As it turned out my quotation was for a better spec of solar PV panel and they even did a price match. I particularly like that they are a family based company and apart from the scaffolding they do not use sub-contractors and everything is in-house. I am only a few days into my renewable energy experience but I am more than happy I chose UK Energi. I have yet to contact the customer services team for advise (there is bound to be some follow up questions and guidance) but based on my dealings with Tracy any reservations of my initial geographical criteria were dispelled.

After a few different quotes from other companies, we decided to go with a Sigenergy system from UKEnergi.

From the initial consultation with Josh, to the commissioning and hand-over by the installation team, UKEnergi provided an extremely professional service.

Josh was knowledgable and considerate to our requirements. The consultation/survey was informative and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision.

The support received from Jen remotely regarding installation dates and scaffolding arrangements (working around the repairs to the roof I needed to perform before installation) added peace of mind.

The installation team were efficient, tidy and polite. Considerate installation to allow future expansion with all cabling neat and the property left immaculate.

I would definitely consider recommending UKEnergi to friends and family in the future, and will more than likely use them again myself!

I have to say that I have been exceptionally impressed with the professionalism of everyone at this company. I have recently had solar panels, battery and inverter installed and right from the start, there was no pressure to buy, just honest discussions about what sort of system would be recommended and what would not. Previous quotes from installers had me led me to believe solar panels on the rear of the roof was an option because I wanted to fit a lot of panels, but UK Energi explained this would not be cost effective and any costs would outweigh return on investment. Everything was clearly explained to me and I appreciated this honesty. I went with UK Energi because I was happy with their price and I believed they had a good reputation, reinforced by my initial discussions with them.
On the day the team turned up and the weather was atrocious, I fully expected them to cancel. But no, the ploughed in and worked in terrible conditions to complete the installation in a day.
My installation has gone smoothly, UK Energi have handled all the paperwork, kept me in the loop, communicated well and we are very happy customers. So many thanks to everyone involved and where we can, we will definitely refer them on. I have no hesitation in recommending UK Energi.

We chose UK Energi, upon 2 recommendations from previous customer installations. Our initial survey was exceptionally detailed with plans for two systems due to the layout of our roof. Every step in the planning was communicated, prior to installation we had a change of location for our storage unit! this wasn't an issue for UK Energi, One phone call and an email sorted this, the team who arrived mapped everything out fitted the panels best practice for our roof, while the electricians sorted the instal for the storage unit and ancillary equipment. all the workforce including the subcontractor scaffolders were happy working teams. we had a couple of snags post install which have been rectified without delay, additional roof tiles and a comms update. The wait for the Handover pack was 4 weeks, UK Energi waiting for replies from the DNO.
we're well pleased with the operation of our system the expected generation for the month of October was within 2% of the given projection.

UK Energi, from the first phone call and enquiry to a full installation with 18 panels and battery system I cannot fault them. Extremely professional and nice installation team. I’m very impressed with the whole thing. Brilliant. Thank you.

Big thank you to Josh, jake, Jen and the team for a seamless transition, into our new Solar PV system. The team at UK Energi have been exemplary.

Josh the rep listened to what we wanted first, gave us three options on systems and we decided on Sigenergy, we tailored the system to our budget, basically loading the house with 20 panels, with a battery and inverter from Sig. Josh listened and advised us with Sig if we need more batteries in the future, with Sig it’s literally plug and play. Stack the batteries. As we have a very high household usage.

The Scaffolding arrived on the 29th sept, Jake and the boys arrived the following day, at 8am prompt, and Jake had us all fitted and up and running by 2pm!!. Including setting up the my Sig app on our devices, and showing how it works. Hats off to the guys, thoroughly great experience with them. Exemplary work guys, couldn’t be happier.

Jen has kept us up to date with all aspects of the process so far, the DNO and any queries we’ve had. We are now just waiting on the MCS certificate.

We’ve generated 35kwh of power in 3 days so far, so really happy with that, about 60% of our usage in October. 👍 thanks Uk Energi.

From the initial no hard sell survey visit to comms updates then the installation, uk Energi have been a breath of fresh air. The installation team were very young but the most impressive customer service reps for their company I have met in many years. Polite, tidy nothing too much trouble. The explanation of the work carried out (especially the cracked tiles being replaced) and how to use the app was excellent. No mess to clear up no outstanding questions I can highly recommend UK Energi and I can’t wait to start earning via SEG. Thankyou to the uk Energi team.

We invited four companies to quote including our national energy supplier and chose UK Energi for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, they were very competitive. Secondly, they didn't sell us what we didn't need and thirdly, their sales, customer service and their installation team were absolute class.
Sales - Josh paid us a home visit and did the survey there and then giving us a quote before we left but without pressure to give him an immediate answer. He was professional and personable and spoke eloquently using non-tech language that was easy to understand. He certainly knew his stuff and is a great front-man for UK Energi.
Customer Service - Jenny was our point of contact once we had selected UK Energi and she was brilliant. Whatever they are paying her, it isn't enough! ;) She guided us through the whole process and was on-point throughout.
Installation - Wow, amazing. The scaffolding was erected on Tuesday as promised, the team came to install on the Wednesday as promised and the scaffolding came down on the Friday as promised.
Take a bow Lewis, Jake and Ryan, take a bow. They turned up just before 8am on the day of installation and the weather was dreadful. I fully expected them to postpone but they were having none of it. They put in an eleven hour shift in sometimes horrendous conditions and met every challenge with positivity. I was so, so impressed. We are out in the sticks and on such stormy days broadband/wifi connectivity can be a nuisance and it proved to be the case but they worked through it, found the solutions and refused to leave until we were absolutely satisfied. Their stairway to heaven has been upgraded to an escalator. I could recommend them strongly enough. Whoever reads this, please, please, please consider them. They are epic.
