A great sales experience with Tracy followed by a superb installation experience both from the scaffolders, panel fitters and electrician. I would highly recommend UK Energi for any solar installation.

Great experience from start to finish. Details were provided with the initial quotation and the solar system was fully explained. Dates were agreed for the erection of scaffolding and for the installation of the solar system, telephone calls were received on the relevant days and everything went like clockwork.
Using the access scaffolding, the installation team of 4 engineers and fitters completed the solar installation within 6 hours. Everyone pitch in with clearing up and the scaffolding was removed a couple of days later.
I was left a very satisfied customer.

This was a great experience, straight off the bat.

Tracy explained the options, listened and accommodated any concerns/needs.

Jen and the team responded very quickly to any follow up queries. I kept me up to date on application process.

The installation team did exactly as explained and hoped.

Really pleased with our solar installation from UK Energi. They were helpful during the time we were getting quotes and didn't harass us with pressure sales. The quote given was very competitive compared with some other quotes we had been given and they also managed to fit more panels on our roof than some of the other suppliers had spec'd and quoted for.

The installation was arranged within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote, the scaffolding was erected a couple of days prior to installation and taken down a couple of days after. The installation itself only took about 4 hours including 8 panels, wiring and setup. We are already generation the majority of our electricity needs from the panels (though obviously this will drop during the winter), and the Sigen App allows us to see at a glance how much power is being generated, used and stored as well as any surplus being sold back to the Grid (though we are currently awaiting the paperwork to enable us to go on the appropriate tariff for resale).

The only minor issues we had were that the system required an additional fusebox which would not fit in our electric meter cupboard, so this had to be mounted externally in our hallway (te cupboard has since been modified to accommodate this). We also needed a wifi range extender as the inverter could not pick up the signal from our router, even though mobile phones couuld pick it up in that location with no problem.

Overall, very pleased with this, and we look forward to tracking the savings being made over the coming years.

I had a great experience with my solar PV, battery storage and EV charger installation. Still installation, my electric bill has been reduced to only the standing charge. My monthly solar generation has been on average about 150% of my actual load consumption, which is great for making money to pay the standing charge. I'm an extremely happy customer that has been treated right from day one. This is a perfect example of under promising and over delivering.

I would like to thank Harry for the phenomenal job he has done in designing my system. He's an extremely knowledgeable person and great at his job.

A job well done by my installation team: Ryan, Ethan and Manni on the first day. They did an excellent job setting up the system and making it look beautiful on a steep roof in the blaring hot sun.

A special shout out to Danny who had to come back and do the finishing touches due to the complexity of my installation. He did a great job and went the extra mile to ensure the system working and that i was satisfied.

From the initial consult through to the fitting we had a fantastic experience working with UK Energi.

We knew more or less what we wanted but I also had a healthy cynicism towards sales people (thinking of the double glazing salesmen of the 80s!) but Josh was honest, knowledgable and at no point did we think anything was being over-promised in terms of a return on investment. An 18 panel installation with a 5kwh battery seemed to be the sweet spot between cost and return so we went ahead.



On the day of instillation (which took a while due to delays with approval from our local DNO being “short staffed” - something entirely out of UK Energi’s hands) the lads (Bradley, Dillan, Carl and Scott) turned up and were professional, courteous and made sure to tidy up after themselves. After the fitting everything worked great but I wasn’t 100% happy with how the panels sat on the roof as they didn’t quite line up with the roof tiles. I’m sure they would have been close enough for most people but I’m cursed with an eye for perfection.



Turns out this was no problem as the Managing Director, Chris, sent a couple of fitters (Dan and Lewis) over to see if they could straighten things up a little which they did, despite the issue being more to do with our roof not being perfect than the sitting of the panels themselves. A brilliant service I’m not sure we’d have gotten elsewhere!



It’s a month later now and all the paperwork has gone through with both our DNO and Octopus and we’re now exporting to the grid about 3x the electricity we’re using which is awesome. Shout out to the rest of the team that helped answer our questions and make recommendations along the way including Jen, Manni and the aforementioned Josh.

The guys were on time, completed in the day, cleared up the mess, and were polite at all times. The solar panels are producing kwh happily. The guys knew exactly what to do. There were no surprises. Thank you Manni and the team.

Excellent service from start to finish regarding instillation of solar panels. I had a number of quotes and UK Energy were significantly cheaper than all other. The information given was clear and easy to understand .Everything was done on the appointed date , survey, scaffolding and installation. The installers came at 8.30am and were finished by 2pm App put on my phone ,all rubbish cleared and removed All in all a fist rate job L can highly recommend this company

From the initial quote and home visit to the final installation, UK Energi were professional and efficient throughout. The team—Lewis, Manni, Ethan, and Ryan—arrived promptly, worked diligently, and took care to accommodate my preferences, especially regarding the battery and wiring placement. They were courteous, tidy, and clearly take pride in their work—each of them is a credit to the company.

The only complaint is the delay in receiving the final documentation (which were all dated shortly after the install but recieved over 6 weeks later) needed to arrange the SEG, which could be improved. Overall, very happy with the installation and service.

This is a long story, one year ago we started to looking for a team who can install our solar panel system.
The criteria: long time on the market (no cowboys for coins), enough (good) review, reasonably priced.
We met David Kemp, he pretty much sold the service for us, but unfortunatey we had other expenses so the project got delayed.
After a year we called te company, Tracy came, measured everything, gave us a quote, (we already had 3 other) we find reasonably priced, not the cheapest in the market but the 10+ years experience is a must for us when wwe buying someting with 5-25 years warranty.
All together, the team made a good job, clean install, listening for our needs (put it here, don't do that... :) ) all completed within 4 weeks.
I thing we made the right decision.

Brilliant service. Great attention to detail. Our installation wasn't the easiest but the company went out of their way to make it a success. Everything works perfectly and energy bills vastly reduced and performing better than expected. Based on our experience we'd recommend Ukenergi.

Huge thanks to the UK Energi Solar installation team - Ethan, Ryan & Dan on the roof in 30+ temperatures, and Lewis & Manni positioning the electrics as I wanted them in our garage. They answered my questions on the day and nothing was too much trouble. A very hard working and pleasant group of young men. I don’t think this happens by chance! The Company has clearly focused customer experience excellence goals which they deliver: thanks to everyone back at base that I spoke to: first point of contact Tracy, and Chris, Sam, Jen, Olga and Evan.

I would like to give UKENERGI a 5 star rating they have been great from the outset, speaking to Harry about the system, he was informative, polite and answered any and all questions that I had. I went to UK ENERGI following a positive outcome by my brother who also had an installation. We were the furthest south (Oxfordshire) that they had done an installation but seemed to take it in their stride arranging the install. Carl, Scott, Brad and Lewis who fitted the system, very professional and friendly, 15 solar panels, Sig inverter and battery and gateway, lovely bunch of lads and Jen in the office was very helpful when booking in the installation helping juggle things around to suit a day I was able to take annual leave. Excellent customer service guys, keep up the good work !!! 😁

We contacted a couple of companies about a solar installation and right from the start when Tracy came to assess the property and advise us on an appropriate system we felt comfortable and in professional hands. Tracy was very knowledgeable and outlined the process involved in the work, timelines and expectations. We were not disappointed we were kept up to date at each step of the process and on the date of installation the team that attended were diligent worked really hard. The system was commissioned and one of the team went through the step by step process of setting up the app and its workings. In short I can’t recommend Tracy and Uk Energii more highly.

I love my solar panel and battery set up. I researched multiple companies and systems as you’d expect and the combination of UKEnergi sales, installation service and products has been fabulous.

The whole experience has been professional and efficient. I have never had a salesperson ask me to stop them in the pitch at any point if I realise it’s not right for me. Harry did and it’s right, why waste both of our time? Anyway, I didn’t stop him and I now have a great installation.

I can’t fault anyone involved, scaffolders, roofers, electricians. Install would have been done in less than half a day if a roof tile hadn’t got cracked. Going out to buy a new one and fitting it added all of an hour to the install. Even still, half a day is incredibly efficient.

I didn’t choose the products on the basis of appearance, that they look great and enhance the exterior environment is a bonus. That I can add a matching and compatible EV charger when I’m ready is another positive for the product set.

Just one word of caution - the Sigenergy App is addictive. You can spend hours checking it to see where your energy is going…

Preinstallation contact was handled by Josh who conducted a survey at our house and thoroughly discussed our options with us. Dan, Ethan, and Ryan put our system together. Very happy with our interactions with all the team, the completion of the job, and the total cost of the project.

I've recently had a solar and battery installation with UKEnergi and have been very impressed from start to finish. I had 11 Aiko 450w panels and the 8kw Sigenergy all in one battery. They've been in for about 6weeks and all our energy needs have been met by the system.
From first contact with Harry via an online meeting I knew that I was dealing with a knowledgeable and professional company. Harry was very responsive to all my questions and signposted me to independent reviews of all the tech involved. Evan then came out for a survey of the house to check that everything with the initial quote was appropriate, again very professional and thorough. Clover scaffolding were great with Sam and Tom and very amenable to put the scaffolding in the arrangement that best suited our needs. The installers Ethan and Ryan were fantastic and I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to do such a good job, all looks great with the sleek black panels, bird guard and cables running down the back of the house. Manny the electrician again did a brilliant job installing the battery and explained everything to me before leaving. We ended up having enough space for an additional panel which Chris the director sorted out for me and we were able to maximise the output of the system.
The Sigenergy system is excellent, lots of safety features, great app, all built in to one unit and we're able to add more storage later if needed.
I would highly recommend UKEnergi to anyone looking for a solar and battery installation. I got 5 quotes ranging from a UK energy supplier, some national installers and more local firms. UK energi came out on top and I'd use them again.

Very happy with my solar system from UK Energi. From the Initial visit with Tracy who talked me though everything, did all the measurements and talked me through the system I could have and answered my questions. Eventually agreed on 9 solar panels and a 10KWH battery system which was a lot cheaper than octopus 7 panels only quote.

Everything was planned well and I was kept in the loop via emails as to when the scaffolding was due to be installed and the actual system install date, took 1 day to install. A bonus was that it turns out I could actually squeeze another 2 panels onto my roof space which the workers informed me of and asked if I would be interested in doing, given I'd already paid the price for scaffolding and the workers to install the system it was a no brainer to say yes while they were here and I got a good price to fit the panels and optimizers.

Another plus for UK Energi and their workforce was that while installing the panels they found some cracked tiles what would have been under the panels. Instead of leaving them, they swapped them out for tiles that weren't broken from other parts of my roof and did it so that all the broken tiles where now on the bottom row of on my kitchen roof. This allowed me to then go replace them without having to go up a ladder and onto the main roof. Very helpful in my opinion.

Did have a sight issue with that the battery wouldn't work when trying to set it up, the electrician did all he could but been late Friday evening it had to wait till Monday to be sorted ( turns out it just needed a firmware update after they contacted the manufacture )

In short, I'm very happy with the system they have fitted, been up and running now for just over 1 month and I haven’t used any power from the grid, pay back time is just under 10 years.
