Whole experience was fantastic
Whole experience was fantastic. No aggressive sales, and the customer service were polite on the phone. The surveyor was very knowledgable and helpful in discussing what our options are for our loft. The fitters, Callum and Lee, did a fantastic job of clearing out the old insulation, boarding the loft and keeping the place clean.

Loft insulation
Ewen conducted a thorough inspection of the loft and roof space above the kitchen - which was in a dreadful state! He took photos ( I cannot access these areas) and discussed what needed to be carried out. Ewen also costed the work.
Cos (insulation installer) is an absolute professional - courteous and helpful. He removed his shoes and covered all carpets with protective plastic sheeting.
Cos worked extremely hard and took photos of the various stages, which I was able to view
There was very little mess in the kitchen, which is amazing and Cos hoovered thoroughly when he had finished.
Whatever you are paying Cos, he deserves double!!

Loft overhaul
Our surveyor for loft overhaul (Clifton) was very thorough and informative throughout. He explained in detail what was covered and how it would proceed. We had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances, but this didn’t present any issues.
The fitters (Jamie and Ant), arrived as planned, were very pleasant and courteous, efficient and cleaned up each day after they finished. The whole experience couldn’t have gone any better, would certainly recommend.

Quick, clean and friendly
Turned up on time, explained everything and just got on with the job. Cleaned up after, not that there was much mess.
It might help if they realised that in a bungalow the householder can hear everything you are saying to each other while in the roof space!

The installation was done with the…
The installation was done with the minimum of fuss all carpets and walkways were protected and the installers made sure all the packaging and old loft insulation was bagged up and taken away when the work was completed.
The installers worked cheerfully and efficiently keeping me informed of progress with photographic evidence at each key stage. It would be nice if these were shared by email after the work was completed.
Overall very happy with the new install 😊

The survey was more of a big sales…
The survey was more of a big sales drive disguised as absolutely working for you. No survey results came through email, just a piece of paper on the day.
Adding this after the response - Beware of the pressure you feel under to go ahead with their offer/salesperson phoning the office to get you a better deal/discount offered by office/offer to pay no VAT as it’s residential - they shouldn’t be charging VAT for residential anyway. I learnt that from the next company that quoted.

Total Solutions for Loft
I have never been such amazing experience with any UK service provider before. ESN assigned a professional surveyor directly to my house after appointment. Surveyor Ashley who explained very clear a 2-day loft improvement process of the installation and provided an accurate quote based on my requirement.
6-star (120%) should be rated to both installers LEE and CALUM instead of 5-star. In the 1st day, they came in time as schedule and explained step by step of 2-day process with a clear pre/ pro checklist to confirm with me. Smiling and polite for both seen all the time. They had removed 2-3 CBM of messy stock in my loft those keeping 10-20 years. In next, they removed all old insulation and boards efficiently with no damage to the wall. They kept smiling and checked my satisfactory all the time. In 2nd day, they arrived in time and explained the procedure of the installation of the materials. They also helped to check my loft condition whether any water leakage/ wet could be found. In the boarding process, I raised question in boarding and insulation materials. They replied me in a professional viewpoint and gave me great advice. They were honest, polite and hardworking in the whole process. It is amazing jobs done by LEE and CALUM.
I highly recommend ESN to those want to upgrade the loft, especially for LEE and CALUM. Thank you very much!
