The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, since we need our flooring ASAP, they ordered the flooring and contact the installation staff next day. It was a great experience replacing the carpet into sodden floor with them. The flooring also had a good quality and smart style.

A professional team and excellent products
I recently put new flooring in my home. The engineered wood flooring I purchased was of excellent quality and competitively priced. Most importantly, the service I received through the consultation to produce delivery was 100%.
The manager, James, was very helpful. He helped me move all the wood up the stairs, which totaled 18 bales of solid wood. In addition, they placed a rush order for me because the flooring installer was not up to snuff and I had to order more material to refloor. Highly recommend this company, I only regret dosn't use their floor fitter.

Efficient and friendly
Delivery of the LVT floors (for 2 double bedrooms) arrived on time during the week and were fitted by the weekend. Customer service, advice and fitting by James (or Gems) was friendly and efficient.
Also, the price was very competitive/ cheaper for a better quality floor (greater thickness) compared to a well known high street chain (T**i).
