They take care of everything for you

They take care of everything for you! Just point them in the direction of your lettings agent, and they will contact them and take care of the rest. Great service, highly recommend for international students.

Frankly, we are friends of three sons of students in Britain, who are conducting housing procedures. They were surprised that they completed the procedures of housing within a very short time through this company and continued with the company and everything was quick and easy.

Fast and life saving for a international student!

I was in a pinch as my university accommodation had given mixed information giving me month and a half to find a new place to stay. It would have not been possible without UK guarantor's fast service as they basicly saved me with it!

Excellent and very responsive service

It took just 26 hours from initiating contact with UK Guarantor until we had an effective guarantee in place for my daughter to rent a flat in order attend university in Edinburgh as a foreign student. Working with Isaac at UK Guarantor to achieve this was a pleasure. He was super responsive and efficient to deal with despite us being in time zones that were 7 hours apart. I have no hesitation in recommending UK Guarantor.

Serious business

Unfortunately was not able to use the service because of my accommodation provider, but UK Guarantor seemed very professional and willing to help me out, answering all queries instantly and willing to deal with accommodations directly on my behalf.
