I have bought vitamins from them and recently with one particular powder item I bought I had an issue in which they explained the correct dosage and use but also gave me a refund as I requested.
I will carry on using them for future purchases and continue to recommend them to friends and family who has also purchased through their website based on my recommendation.

I order regularly from the company for various football squads. I’ve never had a problem with delivery and players make repeat requests for products because they are impressed by them. 5 stars from me!

I use creatine and husk powder from UKHealthHouse, the creatine is brilliant, white fluffy, pure, mixes well. It goes in my smoothies with a bit of husk and some beef protein isolate also from here. Husk is a fine powder, it's pure as well so good for you, but it needs to be blended up with a nutribullet or something or the water sticks to it and makes a paste. To be honest, this is the same with konjac as well, another fibre powder. I use UKHealthHouse because the range of pure powders is second to none.

The package was delivered at my address approximately 9.30am the following day, less than 24 hours from ordering. The package was in pristine condition. This could run and run. I haven't left you 2 negative reviews but I have left plenty of 5 star reviews for companies who deserved them here on 'Complainpilot' as you call it.
You may not have a negative review about this powder on here but you have plenty of negative reviews about your company which make interesting reading, including the way you respond to unhappy customers ( point being proven wonderfully here ). 3.9 stars overall?
I have left 31 reviews on this site over the last 15 years, 16 of which are positive or neutral. 15 one star reviews for reasons clearly explained in the reviews. They are not 'nearly all negative' as stated in your response. Simple market research would tell you people are around 13 times more likely to complain than compliment. My ratio is far more balanced than that. Basically one for one. Your point is nonsense so please be careful what you write in your responses. Accusing me of 'trying to damage companies' is slander. Leaving an average of 1 negative review per year over the last 15 years is hardly a vendetta is it? What an unprofessional way to deal with criticism of your product. Oh and are you seriously suggesting I need to use a full sized blender to make a glass of water drinkable? Come on!

REVIEW
I bought the Psyllium Husk powder. It is impossible to get this to mix with water. Once in the glass it immediately forms lumps, the lumps stick so hard to the glass they won't come off in the dishwasher. Goodness knows what goes on in your stomach. Had to throw it away. Vile!

I ordered a package of vitamins from UKhealthhouse via ebay. When the package arrived, and I reached for it in my mailbox, I could immediately tell by the weight and lack of bulk of the package that there was a problem. Upon close inspection I could see the package had been forced open and its contents removed. I presume the vitamins were 'lost' in transit? And I was simply left with the empty packaging. My first port of call was to contact the vendor, but I had no success there. Following this, I contacted ebay - who quickly referred me back to the vendor. But the vendor still wasn't interested. After three further attempts trying to get a decision out of ebay, they finally came down on the side of the vendor. So much for the ebay customer promise of 'we've got your back'.

I used these evening primrose oil capsules for months (from you) until perhaps three months ago when I ran out.
They didn't seem to do any good, so why bother?
But now, those several months later, the frequency of hot flushes has increased considerably, so I'm going to go back on the capsules.
I'm an 80 year old guy with cancer. It's controlled by 3 monthly Prostap injections - but while they protect me, they also give me hot flushes.
So it's only now that I've had time to see the difference between taking the evening primrose oil capsules and not taking them, that I've come to discover their benefits.

Only thing is: why are the seeds in such a massive bag where about 2/3rds of the bag is empty space? Such a waste of plastic-or whatever the bag is made of.

I would avoid this company at all costs, they sent me a bag if bicarbonate soda and it had a hole in it. Then showed them another and they said it was a knife that did it, what a cheek, there are so many fake reviews on here and on eBay, trying to say they're 100 percent good feedback, sadly eBay you have to wait 7 days to place a bad review, I did not so it seems it is still making them out to be 100 percent trustworthy and they're not, even the woman that sent me a message needs to re evaluate what she said, it was a MRI but the hole was intentionally done somehow or they did not check it. I have blacklisted them as untrustworthy. So be aware that not all companies that say they are good are the opposite. I won't be buying from them again and I'm sure if you test their products they're mostly fillers. Avoid at all costs. Yep I see they're blaming as usual, typical company. This is how they try to turn the tables and I see the bad reviews on here
