Excelente agencia, sin duda siempre será mi primera opción para mis próximas estancias en Madrid.
Alquilé el apartamento "Haneo" (3 meses) por la Plaza Castilla, sin duda la ubicación es inmejorable, el apartamento aunque es pequeño, cuenta con el espacio suficiente para el propósito de mi viaje. Literalmente solo entré y salí con mi maleta. El servicio por parte de Ukio fué excelente, tuve unos pequeños incidentes con la cerradura de la puerta principal y con una pequeña fuga de la lavadora, lo reporté y en un par de días ya tenía a un técnico de Ukio reparándolos.
La atención por parte del servicio a clientes es excelente, siempre estuvieron pendientes de que disfrutara de mi estancia y de resolver mis dudas.
Lo que se ve en las fotos y videos, es lo que recibes y aún más, vamos, que no me hizo falta ni papel sanitario :-). Todo lo que te prometen en el contrato lo cumplen a carta cabal, la fianza me fue reembolsada en tiempo y forma en su totalidad. Aclaro, soy muy organizado y dejé todo tal como lo recibí, no esperes lo mismo, si generas desperfectos.
Estoy muy agradecido con Ukio y su personal por todas la atenciones, sin duda en mi próxima estancia por Madrid, serán mis "socios de viaje".

Ukio Apartment rental Paris
I stayed in this apartment for six months (from the end of July to February) in the 6th arrondissement, and overall my experience was very good. The apartment itself is very beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The decorations and furnishings felt quite new, tasteful, and well put together, which made the space very pleasant to live in. It was also very clean and comfortable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
The building itself is quite old (I believe it dates back to the 1800s), which gives it a certain historic charm. However, I do think this is something future tenants should be advised about beforehand. Especially the entrance does feel quite worn due to its age.
One issue I experienced during my stay was with the Wi-Fi. At one point it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Ukio through their hotline, and they did respond and attempt to provide a temporary solution by bringing a router. Unfortunately, the router stopped working the next day. Since I work from home, this made things quite difficult, and the issue was not fully resolved for about a month despite contacting them several times. During that period, I unfortunately did not have Wi-Fi at home, which was challenging.
That being said, I do want to mention that the team was generally responsive. When I first arrived, a couple of cups were broken and the vacuum cleaner was not working. They addressed these issues quickly and came within about 48 hours to replace the items with new ones, which I appreciated.
Overall, the stay was very nice, and the apartment itself is a beautiful and comfortable place to live. However, considering that the building is quite old and the issues experienced during my stay, I personally do not feel that the price is fully justified. In my opinion, it is quite overpriced for what it offers.

My WiFi stopped working all of a sudden. On a busy day it came by surprise I got in touch with Muriel from the UKIO team and she immediately helped me with a replacement. It was a tedious job coordinatinaring with a lot of people but she really aced it. UKIO made us feel at home and I’ll be staying here every single time I visit.

Avoid if you want reliability — last-minute cancellation left our family stranded
A nightmare experience.
We booked an apartment with Ukio weeks in advance. With less than 3 days before check-in, the property manager suddenly told us they might have to cancel due to a “new regulation” and they stopped responding. With less than 48 hours before arrival, the reservation was cancelled.
This left our family scrambling to find accommodation during Mobile World Congress week, when Barcelona is nearly fully booked and prices are extremely high.
If you are traveling with family or need reliability, be very careful booking with this company.

Teníamos que estar un mes en Barcelona por una operación de mi hija y alquilamos un apartamento en la C/Muntaner 502 de Barcelona a esta empresa.
Nada más llegar, en el cuarto de baño había un enorme desatascador que no tardé mucho tiempo en necesitar. Y es que si comes un poco más de la cuenta, al tirar de la cisterna del water empieza a salir la caca por la bañera.
El apartamento no tenía microondas. En el año 2025 no me puedo creer que todavía haya casas sin microondas. Se lo reclamamos a Ukio y nos puso uno una semana depués.
La lavadora no funcionaba correctamente. Tuvimos que ir a lavar y secar la ropa fuera de casa durante una semana hasta que los de Ukio se dignaron a mandar a un técnico para que la arreglaran.
Y para colmo se nos estropeó la nevera. La solución que nos dieron fue poner una nevera de esas pequeñas de hotel. Pero como podéis suponer es totalmente insuficiente para tres personas. No hubo manera de que nos pusieran una nevera nueva y estuvimos todo el mes cocinando mañana y noche porque no teníamos dónde guardar la comida cocinada!!! Y encima Navidad!!!!
Eso sí, nos devolvieron 250 € para compensar. Pero si con 250 € hoy en día se compra una nevera nueva, que era lo que queríamos.
Total, la próxima vez que vaya a Barcelona ni se me ocurre acudir a esta empresa ni le recomiendo a nadie que lo haga.

NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO
Desafortunadamente tuve la mala suerte de toparme con esta empresa y ha sido la peor experiencia de mi vida. Primero miré un apartamento que encajaba más o menos con lo que quería y una vez que realicé el pago, allí empezó mi mayor pesadilla. Nadie te informa de absolutamente nada, cuando haces el pago te sientes en un vacío en el que no sabes ni quien ni cuándo contactar y después te lo rechazan. Una vez rechazado tu piso estás MÁS de 1 mes que es lo que he estado yo reclamando mi dinero y hasta que no dije que iba a denunciar no parecía que querían devolver el dinero. Si queréis pasar un mal rato, id a alquilar con ellos y se os caerá el pelo. Es LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA

Premium Price for Substandard Living – Stay Elsewhere
I am paying €4,500/month for a 3BR in Madrid, but the experience has been a nightmare since day one. I have documented over 8 major issues, including recurring no hot water, a broken toilet, a leaking fridge damaging the floors, and a bidet that causes an unbearable smell.
Customer service is a "loop" of WhatsApp messages where they repeatedly ask for videos but fail to fix the issues. They even mistakenly swapped my sofa for a cheaper one without notice and tried to charge me for their own scheduling errors. As of today, I cannot even take a hot shower. For this price point, the lack of habitability and professional management is shocking. Avoid Ukio if you value your time and sanity.
