Keep away from these charlatans. This is a total scam. Charged 25 for title-deeds when gov site charges 7.
Didn’t realise it was a fraudulent company until later. They wanted to charge 149 for a “manual search” for title deeds.

I feel scammed by this service and feel violated.

I paid £67 believing I was using an official HM Land Registry service. The moment I completed payment, I realised this was not the official government website and immediately went to HM Land Registry, paid approximately £14, and received the exact same documents instantly. I cancelled the order with this company straightway. This happened all writhing minutes!
The company refused to refund me £67.
This company provides no value and charges 357.14% higher price for exact same service as HM Land Registry's uk. The documents are publicly available directly from HM Land Registry instantly but at a fraction of the cost.

This companies website name, presentation, and prominence in search results create a misleading impression that it is an official government service when it is not.

When I requested a refund, it was refused.

I strongly advise others to go directly to HM Land Registry rather than using this service.

Appalling this company is charging double what the government official Land Registry charge, I did an internet search and up these pop. Top of the list! I paid £25 for a £7 charge. This should not be allowed it’s a total rip off company getting rich on the back of customers who don’t realise they are not the governmental land registry. Fuming….

Scam - don’t fall for it like I did. Purchased a title register and then never received it. Asked for a refund and have so far been ignored. Do not use!

For the titles for my house. They sent me details for another property. I informed them of this and still insisted they have given the correct details. I had a screen shot of my order and a screen shot of what they sent. Still said its correct then asked to give them my titles so they can re do. I request money back but they are refusing as they have delivered the info I request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Avoid this company at all cost. Promised immediate download, then it was 24 hours, then it was no deadline and we should be asking for more money but we'll do this without extra costs. Tried cancelling it when they missed the 24 hour deadline but they refused and then what they sent was nothing near what was promised or needed. Plus, they are way overcharging. This is not an official branch of the land registry. Go to the gov.uk site - avoid these scam artists at all cost.

Total scam. Paid for title deeds and sent a mortgage application by a previous owner years ago. Well and truly had. Emailed but got a rebuff response saying they sent what it ordered, don’t go anywhere near

Completely agree with comments made plus additional remarks:
- How a company like that can be allowed?
- How can a SCAM company be listed on top of Google search?
- How come you (Trustpilot) show 2.1 stars if everybody rated 1 star?
- Why there is no 'ZERO' star available for a review? Which is what everybody else in this report list would have given...
Needless to mention: I went online, found a UK site on top tier in Google, followed the application, paid extortionate amount, received nothing... of course my fault.

SCAM, charged twice (£110 total) which I could have got for £15 off official site - AVOID!

I mistakenly used this website instead of the official one. They added the title deeds and the title plan to my basket, even though I only wanted one of them. I didn't notice and paid £55 for the two!! I emailed them straight away (before I got the documents) but they refused a refund. They are very unprofessional the way the handle complaints. Do not use them!!

Shame I couldn’t leave zero , complete rip off . £19.99 to tell me nothing, which is free if you go to government website

This company is masquerading as a Government website and charges £54.98 for something that should cost £14. Avoid at all costs & report the site to the National Cyber Security Centre

Shocking .. I wanted to get my title deeds for my house and put in HM registry. I wasn’t 100% vigilant and this site came up first placed my details, paid the amount only to discover that this isn’t a govt site.. it’s a greedy money grabbing 3rd party site based in UAE. Charging 13 times more than the officially UK site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Paid £24.99 for a title plan and was sent one dating back to 1970 (before the property was even built)! when asked for an up to date title plan I got no response. BEWARE SCAMMERS

Why are companies like this allowed to appear on the top of google searches. The web address is very cleverly worded and the font is clearly the same as UK.gov sites. BUT this is NOT the land registry, some fake scammers looking to take your money

Initially left this review for Landregistryonline.co.uk then realised it was a slightly different worded company, so wondering if they have resurrected themselves under a different name?

I ordered my Title Plan and Title Register from this company, believing it to be the official UK Land Registry who I know hold all documents digitally now. Their name is very convincing. I paid £54.98 for a Title Plan and Title Register that would have cost £14 in total from the actual Land Registry and having received them they don't meet my needs. I am going to have to reapply for 'official' documents (i.e. those that will provide proof of ownership and comprehensive detail) from the Land Registry at additional expense. I paid via Paypal so will now try and claim the money back as this company are nothing short of scammers, paying to have their website at the top of the internet search results and suck people in. I have learned my lesson never to click on 'sponsored' results again.
