After 7 weeks of trying to get support and poor communication, we find it unlikely that we'll get help under the warranty. Frustrating and disappointing.

We have 11 radiators, 5 were not working, 3 were luke warm leaving us with only 3 working rads. We contacted UK Powerflush mid January and Derek explained the process including the pricing structures and the job was booked in for a week later. Wayne the engineer arrived on time, explained the process and began the flush. 8 hours later after working non stop to sort our issues we still had several radiators not working. We had too much stubborn sludge. Derek did explain before the job started that this can happen and would require the chemicals to be left in the system for a few days to break it down. Wayne arrived on time again 4 days later to continue the flush. 5 hours later we have a fully functioning system and a warm home.
Wayne the engineer worked non stop to rectify our problem and would be an asset to any business.

We would recommend UK Powerflush without hesitation.

Wayne was pleasant and professional.
He arrived on time and explained each step of the flushing procedure.
He encountered several problems with our old system which he overcame.
A lot of debris/sludge was taken out of the system.
I had to have a new pump which bumped up the cost but the new one is much quieter which is good.

Swift response to our initial enquiry - arrived on the day and time as promised. Work was carried out with minimal fuss or distruption. All in all a good experience

Has made my radiators at least 40 percent more efficient. With a far higher heat output. Overall a good investment which was well worth the money. The work was carried out by Rob efficiently and diligently and he took the time and trouble to explain the process which was much appreciated. The equipment, the knowledge and the experience for me demonstrates the necessity to not indulge in this work yourself. Billing, booking and admin on a par with the efficiency of the work and I highly recommend this company.

I'm always a bit sceptical when choosing blind of the Internet. However in the case of Ukpowerflush my scepticism was missed placed. The work went flawlessly. A quick walk around the house to show were everything was and young Adam ( nice chap ) was off and running. A number of quiet and uninterrupted hours later that was it. Adam showed me some sort of app that clearly demonstrated the radiators new temperatures also free from any sludge or blockage. The house is now too hot. I thought also that the price was very decent. Can't recommend them enough.

Adam was prompt and worked professionally . Tidy and respectful with a pleasant manner. The power flush took just over five hours and has made a substantial difference to the warmth of the house. It feels like money well spent. Thanks very much to Adam and Derek.

I had a plumber before them and didn’t sort it out, Wayne found the issue and did power flush to my radiators and now the house is warm after one month searching.

I decided to have the system flushed due to changing the hot water exchanger two times over the last few years and it starting to block again. I was sceptical whether this would work to be fair. The engineer was here for six hours, very clean with regard work and clearing up. Very polite and friendly, but for me he fully explained each thing he was doing and it has actually worked. My hot water is not shooting up in temperature and cutting off and my system is clean. So very happy.

I Had to put another review on I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Derek and his team are amazing .we had another visit on Monday 6th January Wayne the technician who visited our home went above and beyond .if you are looking for a power flush on you system in your home .PLEASE Don't look any further this is the company you need you will not be Disappointed. Excellent service from UK power flush from first contact and booking to work completion and affordability.if you need your central heating flushed this should be your first port of call.

Toby, the engineer who did my powerflush was friendly and very professional throughout. They said the job would take 4-6 hours. He arrived at 8.30 and It was done within 3 hours and he was very tidy, absolutely no mess. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. The job was well done. Now my radiators and hot water are so hot. I have to turn them down to 3 and turn down the boiler.

Engineer arrived on time despite the appalling weather. Very pedantic in his work and answered any question I needed to know about the different aspects of the power flush. Took his time to make sure everything in full working order before leaving my premises. Would thoroughly recommend UKpowerflush.co.uk to anyone who needs this type of work done.
When arranging for the work to be done the staff were very helpful in advising when it could be arranged and keeping me upto date. A 5 star Company.

Couldn't fault them. Did exactly as asked and provided thermal images of all radiators showing the system at full temperature. Fitted new filter I asked for, comes with a warranty and cheaper than other providers as well. Perfect

Soon after having a UK Power flush (carried out well at the time by Wayne), the kitchen radiator leaked black liquid which sprayed onto the wall and dripped onto the floor tiles. In both, the stains are not budging which will now require redecorating in that area and new grouting. Having contacted 'Derek' about this weeks ago he wished to look at the problem himself and we have subsequently arranged on no less than 3 occasions for him to come and look at the radiator but each time he has made a range of excuses and failed to turn up. The radiator is still leaking and we now have no choice but to pay a plumber to come and fix it as 'Derek' remains a no show. We were also initially encouraged and invited to write a review (previously submitted, but with hindsight regret this on 03/10/24) on the promise of an M & S voucher - Hey! what do you know more excuses and no sign of the voucher. Beware.

I had a power flush to 6 radiators and they even fitted a filter at last minutes notice which was fab. The man was lovely, friendly and explained everything really well. Thank you.
