Terrible - errors made at every step
Honestly, I don't know how UKPA get such good reviews, the only reason I can think of is that you're asked to review them before they do any actual work.
It's been an absolute nightmare, they've made mistakes along every step of the way....wrong information on forms, incorrect calculations, missing deadlines set by HMRC and even when they reassured me that they checked and rechecked their calculations, I have now found yet another error in the disclosure they made to HMRC on my behalf. I've never come across such an unprofessional service.

Polite and professional
Used UK Property Accountants to verify my ID with Companies House. Quick and didn't charge the earth. It would have been five stars but at the first appointment for the ID verification I waited 20 minutes at the appointed time for someone to contact me over Teams and then gave up. However, they were prompt in both rebooking and responding at the appointed time - and the ID confirmation came through within a couple of hours.

Satisfied with the current service and communication
After the initial negative experience I mentioned earlier, I have not had any further issues. At present, I am mostly in communication with Manish and Rijan, for the personal tax return and the process has been progressing very professionally and smoothly.
I am currently at the stage of setting up my company, and I am planning to work with them both during the incorporation phase and for the ongoing compliance and control afterwards. Overall, I am very satisfied with how things are moving forward now.

Over and above to meet a very tight deadline
After being let down by another firm of advisors/ accountants at the 11th hour, we were rushing to make our Capital Gains Tax Return and payment to HMRC in order to beat the 60-day deadline.
The team at UKPA were outstanding in every respect. Emails answered, promised phone calls always made; knowledgeable and professional throughout, we can't thank UKPA enough (Samyog &Rijan, in particular) for their 'over and above' efforts to bring everything together so we could meet the deadline.
