Nice product - shame about the plugs
The purchase was quick and efficient. My only complaint was the wall plugs supplied were slightly oversized and would not fit the recommended 8mm hole.

I was initially put through to someone…
I was initially put through to someone who was very difficult to hear and no matter how many times I said that I was struggling to hear them didn’t make any effort to improve the sound quality on their end. They were them very unhelpful and in the end hung up on me. I wasn’t happy with the service so called back and spoke to Daniel who was superb. His customer service was brilliant and he was really helpful which made me impressed with the UK radiators. Where is the previous customer service representative? I spoke to gave me a really poor experience.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Queries were answered quickly and clearly. Delivery was quick especially considering it was free. The radiator we bought was a significant improvement on the original.
The rubber 'cushions' for the brackets were fiddly and tended to get dislodged when attempting to hang the radiator. We used contact adhesive to hold them in place.
Would have been happier with the thermostatic valve if it isolated the radiator instead of just controlling the flow.
Bottom line - loved the service and the quality of the radiator.
