Haven't got the radiator in situ yet but service provided by Uk radiators was excellent.
Radiator arrived on time and follow up message from company offering to help with any advice was good.
I have since exchanged messages with them and git a very quick and helpful response.

Great Customer service
UK radiators customer service resolved an issue where the incorrect towel rail size was delivered. They responded quickly, politely and with excellent professionalism. My problem was solved, and I now have the correct part.

First time , last time
Yet another tale of crappy customer service this is the first time and the last using UK Radiators, I Spent nearly £500 last Friday.
Since then I have received plenty of 'upselling' emails but very little of relevance to me.
Yesterday ( Monday) i received an email to say ' my order is on its way' but nothing specific. So I had to call and then waited 20 minutes to get through to someone who told me the email simply referred to the fact the product had left their warehouse and was with the courier. I would have to be patient said James and wait for further communication from the courier in order to know when i can expect delivery.
This morning (Tuesday) nothing from the courier so i telephoned UK Radiators again (9.30) and yes another 20 minute wait. The person who answered was illegible on the phone and for that reason I asked politely if perhaps i could be put through to someone else, but they put the phone down on me mid sentence.
So i called again - big wait - and took the option to leave a message and have them call me back. Close of day no phone call.
With patience now very much wearing thin and a plumber wanting to know when i had the product for him to install, I tried calling again at 4pm.
25 minute wait on the phone listening to music and how fantastic UK Radiators is, eventually someone answered but again she didn't quite seem with it, her voice seemed slow and slurred. Difficult to describe her without appearing to be rude but needless to say that call went nowhere.
I just want to know when I can expect delivery but its impossible to communicate directly with UK Radiators and i have heard nothing from their contracted courier who i presume has had my delivery for at least 24 hours without communicating with me.
Summary is I ordered on Friday and by close of Tuesday I have no idea when i can expect delivery; i mean notwithstanding the plumber needing to know I also have to arrange my day to be in to accept delivery.
And close of day no call back from UK Radiators either
Sorry UK Radiators, why do we do customer service so badly in this country - I certainly wont be spending with you guys again
PS - Ohh brilliant, just as i am completing this review at 4.45 pm on Tuesday another product sell email from UK Radiators.

UPDATE TO THE REPLY FROM UKR - WEDNESDAY
James - Reference your email below timed at 9.55am Wednesday.
In your email you say you spoke with the courier this morning and they confirmed delivery for tomorrow which is Thursday.
Yet that information flies in the face of the email I received late last night from a courier DX Delivery (what a firm )suggesting delivery will be today.
Can we please just agree that UK Radiators hasn’t got a clue what’s going on with their business.
Either way, due to the inability to reach you by phone and the obvious uncertainty over delivery I have now missed my slot for installation. Now I will be storing the new radiators for 2 weeks if indeed they actually turn up.
WEDNESDAY EVENING UPDATE -
Courier didn't arrive this afternoon and courier never wrote to say they weren't coming either.
Still no clue as to when i can expect the products i ordered last Friday - James @ UK Radiators get a grip and do something positive !!
THURSDAY EVENING-
Stop now James, i think you are only embarrassing yourself even more trying to justify what was terrible customer service for all to see.
Ordered on the Friday afternoon and delivered 4 days later almost to the hour. But not withstanding that UK Radiators were more interested in bombarding me with 'upselling emails' rather than clear communication regards delivery.
All that matters here is the communication, or lack of it that i received - your courier wrote to me confirming delivery on the Wednesday but never confirmed a cancellation of that so of course my day was ruined as a consequence and i had to change plans to be around for the next day.
All immaterial now as i clearly know bad service when i see it and i wont be using your services again

We’re genuinely sorry to read this and understand your frustration.
We have contacted you directly to apologise and provide an update on your delivery. We have also spoken with the courier this morning, who has confirmed that your order is due for delivery tomorrow. They have confirmed that updates of this have been sent to you, and that you should also receive a two-hour delivery slot, directly from the courier, this evening.
To clarify on your points raised, your order was placed on Friday afternoon, after our 2pm cut-off for same day dispatch. You selected free standard delivery at checkout on a lead time of approx 2-3 working days.
On Monday, you called and we advised delivery to be approx 2-3 days, Wednesday or Thursday, however as this was being picked up by the courier that day, we could not say for definite. This would be confirmed by the courier in due course.
You have since advised that the courier contacted you to let you know the delivery was initially due to take place on Wednesday.
We received this review Wednesday morning at which point we contacted the courier for an update, they informed us that the delivery had been delayed by one day and would take place on Thursday. We contacted you Wednesday morning at 9.55am to advise of this which you have confirmed receiving.
This morning (Thursday) we contacted the courier first thing and contacted you at 9.07am to confirm the delivery due to take place and a two hour time slot of their eta. The delivery then took place during this time.
We’re very sorry that your first experience with UKRadiators.com has left you feeling this way, however the delivery has been made within 3 days from dispatch and we communicated this with you to keep you updated, on top of communication sent by the courier.
