Adds character to my garden wall
I've now got six plaques for my garden wall to go between hanging baskets. They have a nice shape, a lovely floral design, and I had the name of a song and album titles of a group I like to make it personal. Family and friends are intrigued by them. I think they are great.

Good choice of materials and designs to choose from. Ability to customise and view design very useful. Ordering simple and good communication along the way right through to dispatch. Item packaged well and delivered quickly.
We chose slate material with a flower design and we opted for polished finish which makes the colours really bright and vibrant.

Product was exactly as described. Using Amazon to deliver it not a good idea as delivered to wrong address. Fortunately I managed to find it using the delivery photo.

Clear, easy to read and quality product.
Easy to order, good descriptions to enable choice. The sign arrived very promptly, is extremely clear and looks professional. It’s exactly what I required and hopefully will make my property easy to identify. If they can’t find me now it definitely won’t be because the sign was obscure.

Disappointing Communication and Delayed Delivery
I ordered a sign on 11th April 2026 and, as of today, I still haven’t received it. During this time, I’ve had to call the company twice for updates, while the order status on their website continued to say it was still “in the studio.”
I’ve just spoken to them again and have now been told it’s finally out for delivery and should arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We’ll see.
Very disappointing that there has been no proactive communication or updates throughout the process, and that I’ve had to keep chasing for information myself.

I can confirm your order has now been delivered. Our standard lead time is clearly stated on both the product page and at checkout as being up to 24 working days, as each item is made to order.
In this case, there was a small additional delay beyond the standard production timeframe, and I apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
While we do always aim to dispatch within the advised timescales, occasional delays can unfortunately occur during busy periods.
I also appreciate your comments regarding updates during the process, and I’m sorry you felt you had to chase for information.
