Banister arrived promptly and looked great .
Only downside side is the hardware, the screws supplied heads just rounded off, swapping these out for my Screwfix silver ones did the
trick.

Found this company while searching internet, like the fact a British company and their prices compared to other retailers. The products I ordered turned up really quickly and the quality is outstanding. Honestly I cannot fault them from order to delivery. First class.

The team at UK Stairparts went above and beyond to supply me with the timber I needed for a balustrade at short notice. Even staying open an extra 5 minutes after closing time on the weekend, to receive me, after I was caught up in traffic. And then, even re-opening to recut the timber after it would not fit in my hired van.

Placed two orders online a few weeks apart. Delivery dreadful took time off work to wait in after they said it would arrive and it did not. This happened on both occasions. Very disappointing complained but they seem to think it was not there problem and blamed the courier they were using. Second time I complained I requested my delivery fee of 30.00 to be refunded and they have not done so. Not impressed with the service driver quite rude.

First class service and an exceptional product.

Great but I would have like a discount for ordering £700+ . It could have been free shipping for example.

I've been searching around for a good quality stair hand rail to supplement my existing stair handrail. I saw good reviews of this company so spoke with them prior to my order. They were very helpful and I placed my order. I was a little worried about whether it would survive in the hand of the couriers. It arrived on schedule - extremely well packaged - and more importantly, undamaged. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic quality, easy to order and great customer service

Arrived quickly and apart from the screws provided was of good quality and package was well packed to protect the wood. The supplied screws however were quite weak and the heads broke easily so I had to use my own screws

Easy to order parts required on the website and they soon phoned to say ready to collect. Products are very good quality and a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.
