We try to provide a good value for our customers. Being a brick and mortar business, we cannot always compete with the amazon's of the world. We do stock a large variety of parts and accessories, though, and strive to provide a good variety of golf carts in a wide range of prices.

Called and left a message no return call also emailed at the same time and got no response either that tells me they have no customer service also when I called their phone number in Aiken they did not provide times that they were open and days I would not recommend go to R and M golf carts

Great buying experience and service after.
I bought my used golf cart years ago and they were great at making all the modifications and upgrades I wanted.
Recently they were very quick to repair my broken down golf cart. Called me promptly with a diagnosis of the issue and options for repair. Made the repair along with additional options I wanted installed and had my cart running great very quickly.

Didn't perform inspect like I was told. Before I picked it up I was told they performed a long list of inspections to the cart along with other engine maintenance inspection. I was told that they did a compress test and it was the highest one they had left but I had no written data proving this. I found a vacuum hose discounted I replace it because it was too short and brittle I replace all the hoses and tubing. When it was delivered it wouldn’t start I was told it was because it was cold. After they messed with it it started. A couple months later after it warmed up I tried to start it and it wouldn’t I called they came back and picked it up.

Thank you for your feedback. It looks like your purchase was a little over 2 years ago. I apologize for our oversight in this matter. We have now implemented a policy that the service technician has to sign off on the inspection sheet and a copy kept with the file. This way, there is accountability and we can make sure none gets missed. What I found in the past was, although the carts were scheduled to all get inspected and serviced when they came in, if the shop got too busy such as at the peak season, they did not get time to do them. Then the sales staff might assume they were done and tell the customer. It was a breakdown in the process that needed addressed. I am sorry you had the issue of it not starting. Things like this have happened and my goal is to find ways to minimize the frequency we run into an issue like this, if not completely remove it. Our request for these reviews is an effort to address all aspects of our business to make it better.
Bought a "refurbished" golf cart
Bought a "refurbished" golf cart. The new wheels, seats etc looked great but they did absolutely nothing to the cart mechanically. Brought cart to different shop to get the mechanical issues corrected. Would definitely not buy from these people again.

We do recondition golf carts and when I list hem for sale, everything that was done or added gets listed on the website or ad. I apologize that you did not get everything you thought you were given. We will use this in our staff training to make sure we are setting customer expectations. We do warranty golf carts for this reason among others, so if something goes wrong we can fix it.

Thank you Larry for your review. We custom build unique, one of a kind golf carts and they definitely can get expensive. We try to bring in as many lower priced golf carts as we can find, but they are hard to find and they sell rather quickly. We get one or two here and there and get some trade ins, but we really need hundreds of them to supply the demand and we simply cannot find that many. I am glad you liked the designs and found our staff friendly.

Honest, great people to deal with. We bought our golf cart from them over four years ago. - Had one small problem many years ago which was dealt with almost instantly. I can only hope that my wife & I live long enough to need another. I know where we will go and have gone for parts and accessories.
