The shutters are very good for managing temperature, for security and for noise reduction. We had a problem with one motor, which Damien was happy to rectify. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

We had used Ultimate Shutters previously and they have now installed more than 20 window shutters for us. As previously we found that their workmanship and punctuality matched their product quality. They rechecked their window measurements before commencing the manufacturing process. Their trades people were punctual and courteous and cleaned up once they had finished.

We would certainly use them again if we were in the market for additional shutters and have no hesitation in recommending them anyone seeking the manufacture and installation of window shutters.

Large job comprising 15 windows all with electric motorised Slimline shutters. 3 day install. Excellent product. Works perfectly for light, heat and sound control. Exceptional installation job. I had silicon sealant applied around every air gap across all 15 windows. Payment process was simple (3 payments). Received a good discount for the large job. Damien and Rosa were excellent to deal with (no pushy sales pitches). Happily recommend to anyone.

It takes an experience team to communicate with you at every step of the process of installation. I was extremely impressed with the genuine what to make the journey from the first call to measure up to installation and final follow up at the end.
The office staff through to contractors at our home worked tirelessly in the heat to install our shutters before we went on our annual holidays. Great work!!

I am absolutely over the moon with how great the product and service was. From inquiry to measurements to order and payment just a wonderful company to deal with. Damien was so helpful, nothing was too much of a problem. He was accessible to my electrician and my man who installed them, just a pleasure to deal with. I can't speak highly enough of him. YES, I would recommend this company and product to anyone that is looking to purchase shutters.

We had our roller shutters installed recently in our 2 story townhouse. The team were very professional and organised.
We did wait a little while to have them install, however this was our choice as they offered a discount to have them install after Christmas.
It’s only took one phone call to organise a date and time, due to us having to take a day off work the team were able to organise a date in advance but it did delay the install date by a further week. Their plan was to call the day prior to install which was very difficult for us. Install was good, although a late call from the electrician to say he couldn’t make it was a bit disappointing but he was able to organise to do it on the weekend so we didn’t need to take another day off work.
Our remote were initially setup incorrectly, however someone came to our house of sorted very quickly which was good!
Overall very happy with service and product, even though there was A few hiccups

I have been dealing with Ultimate roller shutters now for 4 years , have installed 13 of their roller shutters , could not be more happier . The product is so good , we now have total security , in the summer they keep the room cool and in the winter they keep it warm , we have saved so much money on energy bills it is not funny . Installing Ultimate roller shutters is really a no brainer . We are in WA , AND I like to deal locally , but these shutters out weigh anything in WA . For price looks and customer service . You dont have to buy curtains or blinds , they are just dust collectors . We are so happy with the clean look on the inside as well as the out side . Every home should have them installed .

The roller shutters are excellent; they keep out heat and noise which is why we purchased them.

The product speaks for itself we couldn't be any happier Ultimate Shutter went above and beyond our expectations. From the office staff to the tradesmen installing the shutters they were all professional and gave fantastic advice. We got 6 quotes from 6 different companies no one came close to Ultimate Shutter even though they are more expensive they still are the best ones to get. All the other companies tried sales tactics but honestly the product really speaks for itself make sure you watch the Ultimate Shutter YouTube Vdo's it's very informative and it helped us make our decision in going with Ultimate Shutter.

I decided on external shutters to shield two very large rear windows from the fierce western summer sun and did a bit of online research. I was impressed by Ultimate Shutter's information that its 'Slimline' shutter consists of Italian components - the insulted shutter itself, the electric motor and the remote control unit. That was enough for me - as I know that Italians are the 'masters of external shutters' and would thus have only top quality components. So I contacted Ultimate Shutter for a quote.

I was was surprised how good they were! From the beginning to end, Ultimate Shutter provided me with faultless service, be it discussing details on the phone with Damien, or with the guy who measured and installed the two large shutters, to the electrician who hooked it up. All were super professional and their attention to detail was second-to-none. They even took away all of the large amount of packing materials and cleaned up. The end product is actually far better than I dared hope for - and who could want more than that? And already, we are feeling the cooling effect of the shutters protecting us against the afternoon western sun, as we approach mid-summer. So I recommend Ultimate Shutter very highly, as a company who delivers on what it promises, with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Ultimate Roller Shutters. The service I received from all the staff at Ultimate was A1 especially Rosa with whom I dealt with the most. I had to wait for quite some time to get the colourway that I wanted but it was certainly worth the while. Couldn't be happier.
