The installation of one of the shutters was very tricky as it window was very difficult to get to.
The installer went out of his way to ensure we were able to get the installation done. He built a platform from timber. We were very impressed with his efforts.
We have now had 12 shutters fitted and would recommend Ultimate Shutters to anyone interested in getting shutters.

This company did an excellent job of installing my shutters. They are of excellent quality and look great. The manager assisted me in the choice of colour to match the house which turned out perfectly!
Just had a few issues with electricians who had difficulty wiring in the double story house. Resulted in a few holes that needed plaster work but that was easily fixed. The company also repaired a damaged shutter free of charge which was great. Highly recommended!

Service was good. Some follow up required but otherwise all was great. Very happy with the product.

Everything was as it was promised and the unit was easily to installed.
I wanted to use Clipsal Zen switches to control the shutter. This took some thought and care needed to be taken not the damage the shutter motor. This difficulty would have happened for all shutters so this is not a reflection on Ultimate.

Very nice to deal with and professional. I have used them twice in the last 5 years and definitely recommend Ultimate Shutter without any reservations. They also fixed my motor with no labour charge from the previous install when I asked them to look into it.
