i very impressed with the rigorous steps the firm takes to ensure that you are the right trader for them. Its Its something i haven't seen with other firms, makes you feel safe

It is true I received welcoming note very quickly, and also accreditation for my evaluation process, but after receiving credentials for my ''launch'' account where I should try execution and everything else for a week I tried and that account was completely inactive. I immediately sent an email pointing out that fact but there was no answer, and still waiting for an answer...two days. I still hope they are ''The peak of prop funds''.

I traded their program and was happy all the way from starting on demo till succeeding their challenge.Their customer support always replied fast and answered my questions.

Overall very fair treatment and best prop firm I have encountered yet.

Signed up to the tester account to see how this prop firm works before I paid for the account. Placed a sell limit for a trade and it was not filled for some reason even though it was the first trade on the account. Contacted support they said the risk was too high, informed them I never risk more than 1% per trade and the whole philosophy of this company is to risk 2% per trade. Therefore I went back to support and informed them of all of this and I never received a reply back, sent another email and no one got back to me again. Not sure how everyone else has received great customer support, fake reviews maybe?

Descent and trusted prop firm with a good support team, clear dashboard, and comfortable conditions for "No nonsense forex" traders. I am trading a review account at the moment. The team is very helpful, the rules are super strict but that's part of the business. So far I like the experience.

Great experience with this firm. I recently passed the accreditation stage and received my 100K funded account. My $750 rebate was quickly sent to me via Transferwise. The 8% max drawdown is quite generous considering there is no real time constraint during the evaluation, and was perfect for my low leverage, swing trading strategy. RJ and the support staff get an A+ for their fast response times.

Applying for the evaluation was smooth and easy + excellent support team, will update after a month into my evaluation.

No rush for evaluation and reasonable target

As I have only just gotten my acct set up, this must be considered a preliminary review. But early indications are excellent
Sign up process was smooth and uncomplicated.
The questions on the application are reasonable.
Responded to my application w/I 24 hrs.
Acct info sent the day after.
The reason I chose to try Ultra Capital Fund is that their max loss and evaluation time are a good fit for my EOD preferred trading style.

So far so good. Very quick response from the team. Looking forward to working with these guys.

This is a more realistic and practical real world trading requirement approach and not the regular unrealistic prop firms out there

Since its my first prop firm I would say the customer support is to the point ask them just what you feel and ask the at any time of the day they will surely reply you with a solution. I am still in the evaluation phase. Let's see what happens next.

Very fair, unlike other prop firms. Customer service is excellent, but they are in Australia so if you live in North America you might have to wait till the next day for a response.
