Few thousands euros down the drain. They used to be good. Causing major delays and one time due to poor paperworks, it was held by customs for almost a year. They did not do any follow up either.

A very authentic platform with excellent customer support. They respond to emails very quickly, usually within 10 minutes at any time. We are very satisfied.

I’m a retailer based in Ireland and found Umma to be extremely helpful during the set up and order. It’s very easy to communicate with the company via a dedicated account manager. The selection is generally better and cheaper than European wholesalers, and delivery is much faster: I made my order and had the items in my shop within the week - South Korea to Dublin, Ireland, and I thought that was very impressive.
