I had a very disappointing experience with Umma as a wholesaler. Communication through WhatsApp and email was poor, with irrelevant or vague responses to my inquiries. Despite multiple emails, they failed to provide a clear answer or documentation, such as a certificate of authenticity for their products—a major red flag for me as a potential buyer.

Another concern was their rigid policy on minimum order quantities. Although I explained that I wanted to place a smaller test order to evaluate the quality of their products before committing to a $500 minimum, they were unwilling to accommodate this reasonable request.

The lack of transparency in pricing until after setting up a business account further complicated the process, making it difficult to make informed decisions. Overall, these issues left me questioning their professionalism and the credibility of their products.

I would not recommend this supplier to other businesses seeking clear communication, flexibility, and trustworthiness.

My experience with Umma has been absolutely disappointing, mainly due to UMMA creating unexpected costs and poor communication around shipments. Recently, I placed a few test orders totalling approximately $2000. After I had spent $250 arranging Fedex shipping for one parcel, UMMA decided on the day of Fedex collection to split one shipment into multiple separate parcels. This ended up adding $1485 to my shipping costs.

Basic information like the parcel dimensions were not readily available, leading to a lot of back-and-forth just to secure accurate info for my shipping provider.

It took 5 business days to confirm a local KRW (South Korean won) transfer, which they promised beforehand would take a maximum of 2 business days.

I’m a frequent international shipper, and this level of mismanagement, and poor organization and communication by UMMA.IO is something I haven't encountered with other suppliers. Thank God I placed a test order, I will not be doing business with UMMA again.

Just received my shipment from umma. I found umma on Google and on Instagram. At first I was skeptical but decided to give then a try and I am glad I did. I signed up and was approved very quickly. I was assigned an umma agent name Hyelin Yang and was with me every step of the way. She answered all my question. Passed on my concerns and give a a swift replies and solutions to them. I was worried my shipment would be shipped out on time but guess was it was shipped out even before the schedule date. Delivery was also fast and got to me in a week. I would recommend ma to all business starters that want to start a business and need a reliable supplier. Umma would not disappoint. I am selma from Ghana

Once our items were shipped we received them in less than a week. They also provide a quality certificate on the products they sells.
