first they delivered my item in two month and then stuck stock in custom through cheap delivery companies and i request to returned the shipment they received item not return my money more than a month all time lying.

Certainly, they are selling fakes!!! you can download from their website a certificate of authorization hereby certifying that all products guaranteed are sourced from original manufacturers or official distributors, but when you ask for an LOA they refuse to give it without reason, they don't even give supply chain documents for Amazon IP issues. This website is a joke stay away from it!!!!

Delayed in response when delivery went wrong. Missed delivery, stocks returned back to their warehouse with but over 2 months of back and forth no final answer on shipping compensation for paid delivery fee. So if anything gone wrong with shipping, be prepare to be out of pocket yourself.

Multiple attempt to get credit for stocks returned, but every time I contacted CS they gave me a n irrelevant answer telling me to sit and wait for them to confirm stocks returned, meanwhile in another inquiry another staff had indeed confirmed they received the stocks sent back.

Easy to start for small business just starting out, but also not very good wholesale price and very unprofessional when issue goes down. I rarely post a bad review on any business because I own one myself and know how hard it is but this time its passed my limit.

Well, they made a mistake in their invoice, messed up with items names, simply mixed them. No matter what, they REFUSE TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE, moreover they are DEMANDING to know what reason do we have to request them to fix wrong name of the item. What the hell is that???!!! IS THIS EVEN REAL???

They will add shipping charges to US customs declaration sheets and inflate the products value. When asked why, was told the Korean government requires it in their documents. Shipping is NOT a part of the sales cost of goods and should not be added to US customs forms. US customs forms are separate from Korean documents. In one order there were missing items and was charged for missing items. When confronted they refused to refund for items they failed to ship out. In a second order they packed very heavy items with very light items together in a box making the box weigh over 60lbs. This caused items to become damaged during shipment and unsellable. They refused to refund for damaged items and would not take responsibility. Be aware of their customer service, they take forever to get back to you with any questions. When US customs reaches out to them they refuse communications which then causes issues with your shipment. Their shipping charges seem a bit higher than what is normally charged by other Korean distributors to the US.

I placed order and they confirmed more than one time it will be shipped on exact date.. when shipping date came they said we have shortage we can not ship the order.. they waited 3 weeks to tell me this..

Not reliable in term of product availability , the prices are very high shipping also more expensive

Does it provide wholesale authorization to Amazon Seller, and does Amazon accept their invoices and Products? Please Let us know

No complaints. I have ordered multiple times from Umma and I've never had a problem. I will continue to go through them to get products.
