Great experience. Everyone was friendly and competent.

The process was easy, and they answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. You will need to do your own legal research in order to ask the right questions, as information is not freely offered without solicitation. So know what it is that you need to ask. Outside of that, they are quick to respond with either a phone call or email. I would recommend them for anyone wishing to get a mutually decided and uncontested divorce. They will save you money, headache, and you can structure the settlement the way you want it.

Was referred to Yaniv & Associates by a co-worker. When told of the exceptional service he received and the fact I needed to get divorced, I reached out and spoke to Daniel Yaniv. Daniel answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. He assured me, that my concerns over the ease of the divorce process would be handled without incident. He was right! I was also assured there were no hidden fees. Again, that was true.

My husband and I had a clear understanding of how we wanted to divide our assets (2 homes and 2 cars and 2 retirements funds and other funds, household items etc.). We had a session from a divorce moderator to make sure that we were on the same page about all assets. With this decision in hand, I contacted Yaniv & Associates and they helped me quickly and painlessly draw up the divorce. While they did the paperwork quickly, some New York courts are VERY slow (Manhattan in our case) and I recommend that if you want a settlement more quickly pay a bit extra to have it done in a New York county that has shorter wait times (in hindsight I would have taken this option). Note that Yaniv and Associates were very honest about the different options for filing and the time it would take in court. In sum, Yaniv was professional and efficient and I appreciated the service. I can recommend this service.
