Yaniv & Associates was a good experience. Everything went accordingly to plan. However, My main concern was child support. I was asked if I wanted my ex husband to hand it to me or should it be handled by court. I suggested the court, so I wouldn't have that hassle. That, unfortunately, didn't get done. When I called the office back, I was told that the lawyer was on lunch and that I needed to do it myself in court. A little disappointing.

The experience with Yaniv and Associates was good the law office worked well.

My case was lil different bcz got married with my friend in order to help him out with his green card but things didn't go the way we wanted to so I started to look up for high rates divorce lawyers and luckily Yanniv and associates pop out on my google search. So I contacted them the day after and I had the chance to talk to Daniel who was so kind as an angel to me and he gave me all details about the process of a divorce so I didn't have the whole amount to start it right away but he says that wasn't a problem as long as I have half of the money to get started it and complete the remaining amount on the following week. So I gathered all papers and send it to them and i received an email on march 13 saying "all requirements was met and they will proceed my case within 5-7 business days. Today on May 24 I just received a grant of the divorce which makes me happy. All I can say is thank you Daniel and staff you guys did an amazing job. I'll refer anyone to you trust me.

I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a quick and inexpensive divorce I send off my documents in March and in less than two months I received an email telling me that my petition was granted how awesome is that thank you Yaniv & Associates for the outstanding job you've done I only give 5 stars because you don't have a 10 star rating system.

It took almost a year and a half for the process to take. they filed Dec 2015 and not until I checked e courts I realized around May 2016 that the documents Yaniv & Assoc filed was defective. They made me redo the document, we filed and later to find two months later, the courts wanted the entire diviorce refiled. Again another delay if I did not follow up myself. If I did not let them know and continue to follow up , it would have taken even longer. I had to then pay another 600 dollars to refile in another county so I can save another 6 months from the delay and refile. If you need your divorce to move faster, this is not the best way to do an uncontested divorce. A small glitch can take months to rectify. However if you not in a rush for an uncontested, their process is quite effecient and you basically get what you pay for.
