I'm still in shock of the recording timing of my uncontested divorce. The service of Yaniv & Associates are second to none in my opinion. This was my third time filing for a divorce and I utilized that expetied service. When I first contact the attorney and told him my situation he told me he will do his best to get my divorce finalized within a reasonable time . Let me tell I returned my paperwork to the attorney office on March 20,2017 and today is April 27, 2017 and my divorce has been granted as of today . I am so happy because I can move on with my life. I must say that the service of Yaniv and Associates was excellent, efficient, and professional. I must give a shout out to Brittany for being gracious every time I called . Ladies and gentlemen if you are looking for a attorney and want your case expedited look no further than Yaniv and Associates. They're the BEST!!! Job will done!!

Divorce is never an easy thing. Once I decided it was a necessary step, it wasn't easy to find an Attorney to handle the process. EXTREMELY fortunate to find Yaniv & Associates (simple Google search). The initial consultation was comfortable and left me with thinking I was in good hands. The entire process was very straightforward and left me assured that I was certainly in good hands. The staff was always available, knowledgeable and very sensitive to the process.

I would rate them 10 starts if I could!! Daniel Yaniv of Yaniv & Associates clearly explained the whole process to me when I first inquired about an uncontested divorce. There were absolutely no surprises with either the time-line given to complete or the cost for the uncontested divorce. The cost for an uncontested divorce could be 4x more expensive as I learned prior to my experience with Yaniv & Associates. But it wasn't just the cost of the divorce it was the whole process that really impressed me.

I can't say enough of about Daniel and the services they provide. If you're looking for an uncontested divorce or any services that they provide I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted a few different lawyers to handle my divorce and I was very pleased with being able to personally speak with Yaniv and talk about my case. I am in the military and wasn't located in NY anymore so I needed a lawyer I could trust to handle everything remotely. They made things super easy by asking me questions over the phone to fill out the paperwork....I didn't have to fill out a thing! They sent my husband and I the documents to review and sign and it was ready for the judge. I even talked to my paralegal Brittney to discuss my filing options. I paid a little more for the expedited service and we planned exactly what time I needed to file. My divorce was clean and straight forward so it only took about 6 weeks! It was very personalized. I would highly recommend this firm to everyone I know!

We were very concerned with the time needed to get the divorce finalized because we had already had our wedding date planned and our first lawyer said it would only take a couple of months. The first lawyer contacted us and said she has all the papers and the legal fees have been paid but the divorce would now take over a year. We were crushed! I immediately started researching how long it can take to obtain a finalized uncontested divorce and I Yaniv & Associates and after our speaking with the legal team it was made clear to us that our wedding did not have to be postponed and we could move forward with our wedding plans. The staff at Yaniv & Associates was professional, courteous, and reassured us through the process that our request for divorce would be granted and we did not have to worry. On 3/27/17 I received an email that our divorce was finalized. I was overwhelmed with relief and joy!! I would recommend Yaniv & Associates to anyone who needs divorce advice or representation.
