THE SYSTEM DOES WORK. I think they have extremely high standards for quality, and I often find any items to buy there as well! Awful customer service! I ordered the product, they charged my card and I never received the order. I’ve been trying to contact them and they take forever to respond. I’m still waiting for my refund. I placed this order in December!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM NEVER!

I ordered the mom and dad's....I want to know your story. Such a great gift for them. I did happen to notice a misspelling on the back of the mom one. Otherwise I am happy with the items.

Ordered well before Christmas and still have not received my order as of January 13. Tracking site is horrible and provides little to no information. I emailed company asking for a refund and got some automated response. Do NOT order anything from this company!
