Ordered 3 items and nothing came. Spent over 150 and nothing and nothing back from customer service. AWFUL!!

Ordered item on 12/2/24 for Christmas gift. Tracking is absolutely horrible. Never received item. Emailed customer service twice because there is no phone number to call. Called my bank and disputed charges. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! VERY DISSASTISFIED!

I was weary of using this company as I am any online company. I did a scam company search before purchasing and all appeared to be okay. I read other reviews and there was more good than bad. Well I can say we had a fantastic experience, I purchased the "mum and dad i want to know your story" books about 1-2 weeks before Christmas. We received them on the 30th December. No issues purchasing from these guys again.

I ordered a Christmas gift, for my mother, and it never came. Tracking has it landing at JFK Airport on 12/26. Still in customs ?!?!
Get the stuff on AMAZON. Not here. A shady company set up in ASIA somewhere, that answers inquiries with "Don't worry, package is on the way"

Ordered it on December 4th, it is now January 7th and it still hasn’t come, I emailed the customer support and they didn’t say anything back to me. Avoid at all costs, it’s a scam website

I purchased an item and the next day my debit card was compromised. I believe the company stole my information to use my card to buy bitcoin. I got my product just fine but my goodness what a hassle.

Shipping was super slow! Ordered it well before Christmas and still didn't receive it in time. Also, the cover is not the quality I was expecting from the advertised pictures.

I ordered a leather bound "Dad, tell me your story" book. The book is esthetically nice and of good quality. The tracking could be a little more precise but the main thing is it got here. It took approximately 13 days from the time I ordered to when I received it.

Took a little longer than desired to arrive. Boxes slightly squashed. Very happy with the product

Terrible company, do not trust or order from them!! They didn't deliver my items, and when I emailed them they did not respond or replace/refund my order. I have had to request a refund through Paypal to get my money back. Dodgy company, order at your own risk!!

I ordered a deco tape pen and pony telephone rings and bling bling jewel machine...I was so over charged for one pen which I thought was a set, ponytail wire set came with only ONE item..How can you make ponytails with one ring !!! Over charged items an d a fraud !

This company clearly has no clue how to make it right for a customer. I ordered a book for my dad for Christmas far in advance so I would have it on Christmas. The book came in printed backwards and upside down. The wording that should have been on the front was printed on the back and to top it off it was printed upside down as well.

I reached out and asked if they could send me a new one with faster shipping because I still had almost a week. I would send back the one that was wrong but I am not also

The replies stating they do not offer shipping labels to send back and that when item was received they will give me a refund.

Wow just wow, I am truly disappointed and this company is not worth the money

Ordered then tried to cancel- it is now a month later and till have not received agent calendar. Christmas is in 4 days.

Ordered and immediately asked to cancel. No response. 3 days later they "shipped" the item. Received a tracking number with item showing as "delivered" and received nothing. Company fails to acknowledge this or even respond to the fact I asked to cancel this and they "sent" it anyways. Pure scam. Stay far away from this website.

I hesitate to give this company even one star, and I wish I read the reviews earlier. I’ve sent undersunnie 3 emails to return my product before it ships in attempt to avoid shipping costs in returning them, bc (surprise!) they will not arrive by Christmas, and the customer is liable for shipping costs in returning items once they’ve shipped.
I just received an email this morning telling me my items have shipped, thusly my emails were ignored.
Thank you, undersunnie, for adding a cherry on top of an already stressful holiday season for myself and countless others. Happy Holidays.

These were gift items for the holidays but most of the boxes are damaged and im unable to give them as gifts unless I repackage them.
