I ordered the Christmas Advent Calendar on October 31, thought I would receive it at least by Dec.1.
I emailed the company twice in November asking about my order. Nov. 30, I reported them to PayPal and sent another email notification to Undersunnie that I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. Dec. 1, I received an email stating my order had shipped. Too late to relieve for Dec 1 and the start of advent calendar. Finally received on Dec 15 halfway through the month. Not satisfied with this company or the way they handle correspondence.

Today is December 16th....this is an advent caldar...I still have not received this and to be honest it

I had no problem in ordering from you but I have not received my order and I am going to report you to Facebook as a fraud company. I have no response from you to rectify this matter

I ordered Wednesday & have never received an email providing tracking info. I emailed them Thursday requesting order tracking info, which has still not been provided. They sent a link for tracking, but my order # doesn’t work. There’s no way to contact them other than email. This is really feeling like a scam.

Don't use this company if you weren't or need the item in under 3 months email customer support can take 14 days to get a computer reply and when you get a person the tracking thay give don't work

i wrote a review 2 days ago complaining that i thought you were a fraud. well, today i finally got my packages.
i should have waited 2 days. glad you are not a fraud.
i thought the same thing of Temu when i first ordered from them. sorry about the mistake. can't wait for the
kids to try them out. they were the bling/bling for the hair. packed nicely and neat. i will order from you again.

Ordered a mom to son wallet and still don’t have it. No way of tracking and their contact number is for a medical supply company. I’m afraid I’ve been scammed. 😦

Received order in good time. Box is squished. Would like to know how to order more gems. Am sure the gems that came with it will be used up quickly

I ordered two of the hair gem makers for my granddaughters for Christmas. I don't know enough about the item to write a review on how they work BUT the boxes were pretty much mangled when I received them so my fingers are crossed that they work

I love all my purchases, they are Christmas presents and I know my family will be very happy!

They should offer what is pictured. We were so excited to open our packaged order but immediately was completely disappointed! The image is not a knit in the glove it's a latex overlay that looks like crap! To add, the gloves are over sized much like the cloth work gloves you would pick up at Walmart. We unfortunately got 5 Pair at $10 each. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this company!

Ordered a package over 2 weeks ago, have not heard if it has shipped or been given a tracking link. Emailed the company has been a week and still have not heard from them at all.

Items arrived in 2.5 weeks. Boxes are slightly damaged so not ideal for gift giving. However, very happy otherwise...

I am pleased with the product. It was shipped in reasonably good shape. It's strong plastic so it does hold the phone as you would want it to. It takes a while to appear at your door, otherwise it's fine.

Product is OK... arrived in about 2 weeks. Satisfied with order.

I ordered the product over a month ago and it still has not arrived. When I requested a refund, it was denied.
I found the same product on Amazon for almost half, so it was a tough lesson to learn.
I definitely would NEVER recommend!
