Professional, quick and thorough awesome report

I recently instructed a company to carry out a Schedule of Condition report, and I was very impressed with the service provided.

The process was handled professionally from start to finish, with clear communication throughout. The inspection was thorough, and the report itself was detailed, well-structured, and easy to understand. It clearly highlighted key areas of concern while also explaining the overall condition of the property in a balanced way.

Excellent service. Prompt replies and Hasan is really easy to communicate with. I will definitely recommend him to everyone for party wall awards. We had to complete party wall agreements with two neighbours, both appointed their own surveyor. I would give Hasan more than 5 stars if I could.
