Really great experience using Morguard - this is the second time I have used them and Rosanna (Operations Director) is great and Jack (my surveyor) was so knowledgeable and informative, arranging time before and after the survey to walk me through the reports. Report was thorough and delivered timely. Highly recommend!

Very professional and altogether great service with quick responses, quick turnaround on the survey report, and happy to have multiple follow up calls to run through any queries. The report was comprehensive and detailed, with plenty of advice for next steps to take.

I had a great experience with Gianni who conducted an L3-survey for a property. Before the survey, we had a lengthy discussion on what they're gonna be checking and what are our main concerns about the property. After the survey, we had another call, followed by a very detailed report which highlighted a lot of things that we could have missed.

In overall, I think they did a great job, thanks a lot!

Guy performed our Level 3 survey and it was immediately clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is. He provided a detailed and comprehensive report and was available to answer my questions.

Rosanna was warm and communicative during the whole process, from first point of contact to the submission of the report. Even when we had a hiccup in the middle (not the fault of the surveyors) Rosanna was incredibly supportive and accommodating. For the survey itself, Gianni was just as clear and thorough in his communication on the phone and in his report, he took the time to address my concerns professionally and earnestly. While the house-buying process can be overwhelming Morguard have provided some ease amidst it all.

Great first-time buyer experience.

Rosanna was super responsive over email, very helpful answering questions and kind enough to return our payment first time round as we worked through a title deed issue and delayed the survey.

Everything was booked directly with our estate agent and we were offered a pre-survey call despite a cancellation meaning our survey was brought forward. Guy phoned straight after the survey was completed and we spoke for around 30-40 minutes, discussing findings and some history about the area (V2 impact at the end of the road?!). Guy gave plenty of chances to ask questions and most importantly, the information he gave was clear, simple and provided an honest assessment of the flat.

The final report came within three working days and gave us all the information that we were looking for. We're really pleased that we've been able to make an informed decision about our next steps.

We'll continue to use Morguard as we carry on looking for our first home :)

We used Morguard for surveys of two South West London properties and we were extremely impressed with their work in both cases. The surveys themselves were very hands-on and thorough, and we were kept closely involved through phone calls before and after. One of the survey reports was necessarily long but it was still kept clear through the use of photos, diagrams, tables and references. We're really pleased with the work Morguard did for us and would highly recommend them.

The report itself was very detailed and contained estimated costs to repair defects which I found very valuable.
